They don't care about your time; to make a payment--a process that should be less than two minutes, I have never been off the phone in less than 10. The process is very simple--you pull up my account, you take my payment, you give me a confirmation. Why do I have to sit and hear minutes upon minutes of dead air? I have to keep saying hello until someone finally says something back to me. This is utterly ridiculous and I will not stop until I have spoken with Corporate. I am outraged!

I tried to go online and file a claim and it's saying I don't have that driver's name or policy number in their system. Where do I start? Hmm not a good place to do business with. I went in because I was referred to by…read moresomeone to do a title transfer there. I purchased a car from a business (auction) and paid $325 plus taxes, so the total came out to be $367. I asked the young girl there how much it would be and she kept coming back and forth from the back office to talk to me. She was talking to her dad (in the office) and coming back to me. She finally quoted me $650 and said because I would have to apply for bonded title because its a salvage title. I was like nowhere in my paperwork does it say its a salvage vehicle. She looked up the info in her system with my vin and then went to her dad and came back with $460. I said why so much? The car has current tags and current inspection. She went back to her dad and came back and said because they go off of assumed value. I asked her why are they going off of assumed value if I already paid taxes and the business sold the car to me for $325. She said thats how they do it and it would be $460. I said you know what? Never mind thank you. I went to dps the next week and got my plates and title transfer for $60. They are a rip off and claim to help hispanics but they are actually just taking advantage of hispanics that cannot read English and fill out forms or know the process. DO NOT GO THERE! Me dijo primero que seria $650 por el transfer. Le dije porque tanto y ella me dijo porque es titulo salvage. Le dije que en ningun lugar en mis papeles dice titulo salvage. Fue y le pregunto al dueño, su papa. Regreso y me dijo $460. Le pregunte porque tanto? Ella me dijo porque ellos se basan por el valor supuesto. Yo le dije pero porque se basan en el valor supuesto si mi recibo del negocio tiene el valor ($325) y tambien tiene los taxes que via pagado. Ellos no tienen que basarse por el valor supuesto si el vehiculo es comprado de un negocio y ya pagaste taxes. Ella no me supo responder ni el papa. Me dijieron eso es lo que cobramos. Le dije haci no se trabaja y me fui. Fui la proxima semana a la oficina del dps y saque las placas por $60 total con el cargo del transfer $13 ya incluido. Submiti mis fotos de prueva. No te dejes ser estafado! No hagas negocio con ellos. Se aprovechan de gente que no habla ingles o que no save wue formas usar o cual es el proceso. Se aprovechan de la misma raza! En vez de ayudarnos unos a otros, estos sin verguenzas se aprovechan. Tambien pregunte de aseguranze para este carro y me cuotaron $110 down y $86 al mes por liability. Que robo! Yo nunca he oido de down con alguien de buen record. Hable a geico y me dieron aseguranza sin down y $38 al mes.
