I didn't go to this specific location because I didn't know this location existed. I did visit two others. 4022 Market street was shut down when I went at about 9:30am. They have a sign on the door that reads "go to 1601 Arch street location" there is no IdentoGO at that address. I went there and the place doesn't exist. Then I went to 5th street, it was over crowded the fingerprint specialist only has one computer and told me the wait is 2-3hrs. I left there and went to the Upper Darby location and eventually got the service done. I just could not believe the lack of efficiency. There's no direct contact for someone to let you know what to do or where to go. It was just not a good experience. Being given the wrong information and having to run all around town! read more

This review is for the branch in the Montgomery Mall, which I could not find on Yelp. Horrible experience. The woman was rude, rough in doing the fingerprints, and did not practice basic hygiene, not wearing gloves or cleaning her hands between customers. She didn't speak other than to order me not to press down. I asked for an antibacterial wipe when it was over and this seemed to trigger her. She very harshly told me to go use the bathroom in the mall, then refused to take my picture because she didn't like my expression (probably not the best after the abusive treatment), and finally refused to process my fingerprints at all, because she said I "took the Lord's name in vain". This person should not be working in a position that requires customer service. Absolutely crazy. I recommend you avoid Identigo. read more

I got fingerprints on 8/31/23 and there was a glitch in their system that made it look like my payment didn't go through and I sent Identogo proof that the payment was taken out of my bank account and spo to supervisors at Identogo who emailed the finance department with urgent notes to apply my payment. I had to call every hour every day and no progress was made. I eventually had to call my bank to dispute the payment. Identogo is the worst. the worst. the finance department is extremely unprofessional and insufficient. read more

I have tried to get IdentoGo to process your refunds. They won't let me use the screenshots of your service summary as they want your DOB and some other stuff I don't have. They explained the glitch was PA raised the prices between us registering online and the time it took us to send in our hard copy fingerprints and for them to run those. They could not reach out to us because the state didn't notify them... They are not sorry and did not apologize, I spoke with Stacey. Call 1-844-321-2101 option 1 and then option 6. Your refund will go back to the card you used. This should take....she has no idea! You will probably need the code: 1KG6ZJ - DHS-Volunteer Feel free to review them online!!!! I am so mad!!!! They will NOT mail us our hard copies of fingerprints back to us even though we paid another entity for those. read more

[812] One of the Bank of America Premium credit card perks is that they will reimburse you the fee for the TSA check in. It's $85 for 5 years. Even if you pay out of pocket it worth it to avoid the crazy lines and NOT take off you shoes, belt, hat, jacket, computer (from case). You get your fingerprints scanned and a background check to be approved. I stopped at this IdentoGo location to be approved for TSA check in. It was able to make an appointment online. It was met so no waiting. The staff was friendly and I was out quickly. Entire process done during my lunch hour. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. read more

Places like this usually send a chill down my spine. I have a preconceived notion of disorganization and obscenely long lines for no good reason. Well I'm happy to report that this location at least has put those fears away for me. From beginning to end (which mercifully was only about five minutes) I did what I needed to do and got out. The guy taking my fingerprints was super friendly and cool too. This location is right inside that weird port authority building. It may look uninviting but it's the smoothest quasi bureaucratic type establishment I've ever visited. And for that I thank you. read more

I was surprised and impressed with how quickly they operate here. If you have an appointment, you can expect to get in and out pretty quickly here. I didn't have an appointment so I came in at 9am right when they opened to get TSA pre check. They usually don't start until 9:30am but they took me early. It was super quick and I got out of there way quicker than I had planned or expected! read more

Worst service I've ever received I came in to the office at 12:10 and the worker available told me to leave and return at 1 since his break was in 20min. I went over to Identogo @10th and Chestnut to get fingerprinted for work. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Very courtesy and professional. I got my results emailed to me in a few hours. Identogo really got me out of a bind. read more

My experience with Indentgo, 1600 Arch St, Unit 1917Philadelphia, PA 19103: I was finger-printed on 9/22 for employment purposes. I was told that the results would be mailed to me in 3 to 4 weeks. When it did not I visited the Identogo, which is located in my bldg. fortunately, I was addressed rudely by the staff member in charge that I needed to call 844-321-2101 and press Option 6(all this while the staff member was busy chatting on her cell phone). I was told by the Identgo customer service agent that they did not have a record of it and I would have to get finger-printed again. Imagine that. So I read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau(BBB), and there was not a single favorable review. And Identogo is not accredited by BBB. I am searching for a federal oversight organization which investigates such outfits. Clearly someone has pocketed the fee I paid and I must be one of hundreds, if not more. Will update when I have proceeded further in the case. read more

Made an appointment on the TSA PreCheck enrollment site, but the location was closed for President's Day. Why is the appointment system not updated for holiday hours? I even double checked my appointment confirmation email. It does not make sense that an appointment was available on a day the office is closed. I'll also point out the hours here on Yelp are inaccurately showing the location as open. My advice: call before you go to confirm your appointment. A wasted trip and wasted time! read more

Best customer service ever. The IdentoGo website did not show availability for this location. I had to get fingerprinting done for my medical licene ASAP, so I decided to visit this location which is walkable from my apartment. Though they were pretty booked, they made a way for me to get fingerprinted the same day later in the day. read more

If this business is connected to the identogo truck on callowhill st, this certainly not the place to go. It ended up costing more than if I went to a FedEx store or something other company. It was unprofessional and I got yelled at on the phone. read more

The one in Elkins Park is terrible. I went there today for an appointment time no less (and I know this is COVID) and waited for 20 minutes, in the heat, with nowhere to sit down. The line did not move one bit, and the heat index was 105. Some of us have medical conditions, and cannot stand in line in the heat. If we have an appointment, please honor it. Also this place is definitely not very helpful for those with disabilities, some of us in line can't stand without pain for too long, and need a seat. read more
