The next day, there was a "Sorry we missed you Notice" - again, we were home. The postmaster needs to hire people who can do the job.

After parking and heading inside, I stood in line behind about 4-5 other customers. There were two employees working and the line moved relatively quickly. I got my stamps, mailed my letter, and headed out with no issues. Would definitely return again, but next time I would try to find another entrance to the parking lot, since I don't think I had the right one.

I was charged for this size under the impression it was the only box that would fit my item (3 golf clubs in hand). I later found out by the receiver of the package, that the box was downsized measurably(36X6X6). Instead of informing me of this discrepancy and change in packaging, it was ignored thinking to would go unnoticed. After contacting the location on multiple occasions to rectify this situation, I am now being ignored after being told a refund would be made 3 days ago. I have entered the store and been told by employees that management has directed them to ignore all calls and contact as "they do not have an answer." This deplorable behavior and horrible customer service has been reported to corporate and I do expect my refund for the mistakes made and admitted to me by the employees of this location.

There are no prices even listed on the Internet or in person so they can charge whatever they want any time to whoever they want. Unfortunately for them, it's not how business works in the real world. If you're in the area, I suggest Drive to the Fox Run Mall or any other iPhone repair and replace your parts.
