I called Allstate and told them Office Deopot told me to mail it to Allstate. Again, Allstate told me NOT TO MAIL IT TO THEM BUT TO TAKE IT TO OFFICE DEPOT and they sould give me a credit so I can purchase a new one. Office Depot refuses to take it back. "Allstate's Policy is not Office Depot's policiy" the manager told me. So I am stuck with a broken computer and a protection plane that is not honored.
