I came in here to ship a package and it took him 45 minutes to get it done. He doesn't multi task well but attempts to help customers in the middle of helping another customer. I wanted to support because it looks maybe family owned / small business ish buttt they have to get it together. This is the second time this has happened to me where I came in & it took forever. Their prices are a little higher than the average as well. Their envelopes & boxes are a tad pricey. Next time I'll just find a UPS or something & avoid the headache.

I made the appointment online which was very easy. Received a text message with very clear instructions afterwards. She was able to take care of everything quickly, answer all of my questions, and get the fingerprinting done all within about 20 minutes. Super impressive! Her office is located in the 810 office building and she is on the first floor (turn right when you enter from HWY 6, make another right, and it's door 105 on the left). The parking lot is shared with the building tenants and there is plenty of open spots.
