Although IdentoGo requires you to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours out, they have absolutely no problem canceling your appointment 1 hour before, with no explanation. I waited two weeks for an appointment here, and then 1 hour before my appointment, received a cancellation email and had to reschedule. And of course, now there are no available appointments for the next 2 weeks. We'll see if they cancel that one too... read more

Absolutely awful! I got here for my appointment (10 minutes late because there was a ton of traffic and a train, which is down the street) I hear a lady say to a coworker, "just let whoever sit out there and wait, we'll get to them when we get to them". A man (wearing a black reebok sweater) came outside to me a few minutes later and said they're going on their break until 10:30am (so 20 minute break I'm assuming) While doing this he has his hand on my shoulder and kind of pressing down. Who does this?! Who touches someone, especially during cold/flu season? Keep your hands to yourself buddy!! Who also takes a break 1 hour after the place opens?!?! They open at 9 and by 10:10 they have a break? Why would an entire establishment go on break together with a door open and people walking in? I wonder if the owner or manager even knows this occurs! If so, get it together. This is not right to book appointments and have people coming in and sitting down and not even being greeted. People don't have time to wait around for your employees not having breakfast before coming to work!!There's 10 more people waiting since this guy came out and told me this and counting!! By the time their break was done there was 26 people inside. They did not go by appointment time. They didn't even go how people came through the door. They had everyone move to one side of the room at once and sit in chairs & then have them keep moving down one by one switching chairs every few minutes as people finished once these people's breaks were over. Located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. SUGGESTION: Make your appointment first thing when they open at 9am. Come 15min before and wait outside the door. So my appt was made last week for 4p, 12/26. I get there at 3:50 and line is out the door (literally, door held open). Odd thing is there are about 30 seats in the place but zero ppl sitting, just a long line. Why have appt's if it's just "willy-nilly" first come, first served? So I hear "next" and I'm directed to a print booth.. within secs, I'm told my appt was cancelled bc they were short-staffed today and I would've recd email.. here's the catch- never got an email (not even spam) so I showed employee who said "hold on, let me see." Few mins later, I'm told I'm good to go and get printed. What a disaster this place is. read more

They respected my appointment time -- I think I only waited about 5 mins, was treated really kindly by the workers, and was in and out within 10-15 minutes. She proceeded to ask me if I know how to work the machine and she's been doing it for a long time... Honestly the staff is nice and that's why I gave it two stars. The process is a mess. You arrive. Then you have to guess what order you're going in by remembering who was there first. However, in a room full of people wearing masks... who is who, and when did they arrive? No one checks you in. People are all confused. It's kind of a mess. My advice-- a sign up form. Below is the email I sent to main office. No REPLY. I did receive a refund, but my guess is the staff's behavior is allowed. Unbelievable. My appointment to be fingerprinted was today 9AM at Garfield, NJ IdentoGO location. I arrived on time and was called in around 915AM. The REP who called me in was immediately rude, but I didn't think anything of it. I gave the REP my license and my forms I printed out online. Per the REP, the printout did NOT match what she had on her screen under my profile. When she brought up my account on the computer it was listed as a volunteer for school. This info was accurate. Apparently, my printed doc said I was being fingerprinted for education employment. The REP said I would need to leave the premises and find a place to print out the form that matches what is on her screen. I had said this wouldn't be possible since 1. I don't know my way around and 2. I have to be at a meeting at 1030AM. She refused to assist me, said go find a library and come back. I told her this wouldn't be possible and I would need to cancel the appointment. She said well you can't get a FULL REFUND if you are leaving. I understand the form didn't match what was on the REPS screen, but based on reviews; at the end of the process the forms are reprinted. So what gives??? I could have easily brought up the info on my phone. The best part is I paid to be a volunteer and my only print option was what was on my screen. This process doesn't need to be so painful. Something isn't right!!! I'm requesting a FULL REFUND please. Not only did I take an hr off of work, I also wasted my time and gas to go be completed disrespected. What happened to me this morning is not only unnecessary it's also unprofessional to say the least. There are ways to say things nicely without being rude and obnoxious. I work with the public and I've never thought of behaving in such a way. To make matters worse, when I spoke to a customer representative via # 844.321.2124, she said I wasn't even listed as showing up this AM. I'm horrified! Is it to much to ask for someone to do their JOB??? I'm not sure who is in charge of this office, but it's very clear that I'm NOT the only person this has happened to. I'm attaching a few of many bad reviews from others that have had issues with employees at the Garfield office. I think it would be best for someone to look into this bad behavior. I applied for TSA PreCheck and this was the closest location to get fingerprinted at. Appointments were about a month and a half out, but that didn't stop me. I scheduled mine for 6pm on a Wednesday. When I got there, there were lots of people in the waiting area, but it seemed that they were walk-ins. I got there about 5 minutes before my 6pm appointment time and after providing proof of citizenship, I was instructed to sit and that I would be called. Well, guess what, I was called exactly at my appointment time for the first time in any appointment I'd been through. They took my picture, fingerprints, and my $85 and I was on my way after 2 mins. Can you believe it took only 2 minutes? It is also located in a plaza and parking is adequate. A+ from me for service! read more

Incredibly efficient and professional! We arrived about 20 minutes before they opened because we didn't have an appointment. They opened right at 9, everyone who had also arrived early came in and they started taking names for the list for TSA pre-check. The office was very neat and clean, with lots of places to sit while we waited. The gentleman who was taking names was friendly and polite, as was everyone else in the office. We were first on the "no appointment" list but got seen within 35 minutes. We were completely done and on our way within 45 minutes. Very impressive operation! read more

I cant believe they dont have competition. Unfortunately this is a monopoly and there is no one else to if you need to open an insurance agency in NJ. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, took a half day at work, drove 45 minutes, gas, tolls, and the door is locked. Not even a phone call or email.
