Horrible location they should close down I have sent so many of my employees there and the employees at this location are just plain gross. I have filed a compliant and nothing has changed. I had employee go there even just today and a woman open the door and then slammed the door in my employees face while I was on the phone with her. This is unacceptable! It's innocent until proven guilty... So why when an employer requires fingerprints you start to feel like you're in the witness protection and about to be exposed? May be it's just me... clearly I watch too many movies! Nonetheless IdentGo is a fingerprinting company occupying a very no frills office in a medical building. Appointments are required to be scheduled via their website. Upon arrival you sign your name on a clipboard in a very sterile waiting room. Even with an appointment they take you in the order in which you sign-in. No receptionist and no staff, except for the individual in the room taking your prints. Unfortunately, I didn't get the young ladies name taking the fingerprints. Initially she appeared to come off cold as she opened the door and called names but was actually kinda cool once engaged in conversation. The cold demeanor was misread, she is actually just robotic. Performing the same procedural process over and over. At my 3:25pm arrival I was probably her 100th fingerprintee for the day and the day wasn't close to done. A quick process in and out, in less then 30mins. Truthfully there is no reason to know about this place or location unless it's a requirement by an organizing or institution you wish to become acquainted. Just A Note: Located on the lower level in suite 114. Plenty of signs to direct you. If running late they allow a 15minute grace period before you are required to reschedule. read more

There is nobody to greet you or acknowledge your arrival whatsoever. There are multiple signs in the waiting area warning people not to knock on the doors. The person who takes the finger prints had an attitude if you asked her any question. Save yourself the time and go to the 149th location. Staff is super professional and take care of you within minutes. read more

Warning (long review bc whew chileeeee.) Lady has a bad attitude and is a straight up liar. She takes forever to come out and call the next person. And when she does she'll lie and say she came out for you when she didn't. I arrived at 3:53 for a 3:50 appointment but the lady next to me said she had not come out in a while before I arrived. When she finally did 30 minutes later she said it was already 4:20 and that she called for me (which I know is a lie bc the lady next to me). She also stated you have to come within the hour of your appointment or you'd have to reschedule, which I did come within the hour. And she would've known that if I was allowed to notify her but she has up "don't knock" signs on the door and window. I believe she does this on purpose, so that you aren't able to notify her when you arrive and then by the time she comes out she can say you're too late. Best believe I still got my fingerprints done anyway because I told her straight up I am not rescheduling! You have to be firm with her. While doing my finger prints it looked like she was trying to secretly take pictures of me. Maybe to gossip about me to friends and vent about work? I don't know. I almost spazzed out on her for that but I kept my composure so that she didn't have a reason to refuse finishing the fingerprint process. Fingerprints were done quickly. They see you at your appointment time so it makes no sense to try and get there early. If people come in after you and have an earlier appointment time they will be seen. It doesn't matter if they come a half hour AFTER their appointment time; they will be seen before you. At least that is what happened when we went there. The reason for the 3 stars is because the person who was doing our fingerprints was TEXTING the whole time and while she was entering my vital information. Not only was this unprofessional but seemed very suspicious to me. Is this their protocol, is texting while taking fingerprints and entering someone's personal information something that they are allowed to do? Luckily I have a fraud alert on my credit report! read more

How can it be reliable when they open up late, there is no phone number to call, the building is not identified, it's located in the basement, the employees finally show up, don't say a word, open the door but don't turn the lights on, walk thru another door and disappear without a word for 20 minutes!! Ok where should I begin. I was on time for my appointment but still had to wait 30 minutes.. bedside that the employee was turning people away Lying saying she called the name and no one replied so they had to reschedule. When she called my name she told another lady she thinks her appointment was changed and to let her check and see.. while I'm getting my prints done she did nothing to check and see if the lady appointment was changed. She was just being lazy and that sucks because people have things to do and places to be. If the staff doesn't want to do the job then find someone that will. This Place is a piece of Garbage. I hope I never have to come back here again for any reason, not this location at least. If you don't like your job, find another one. I was early and waited 2 hours instead of it being first come first serve by appointment. They have an hourly notepad of names of people who have to be taken that hour. It's stupid, and takes way longer. I had to sit in a waiting room with a loud crying baby, obnoxious people on their cellphones, either talking or watching videos without headsets and Channel 12 News on loop showing the same exact stories every hour. Seeing people who came in after me being taken before me. It was a horrible experience. Make changes to how you see clients. read more
