The staff seemed to be very efficient as there were two people ahead of me, and yet, I only waited 10 minutes for my turn (this is without having made a prior appointment). Now to the good part...the actual hair cut. The hairstylist was very warm and cheerful. After I got seated, she came over and asked how I wanted the cut to be. Because I knew exactly what I liked, and even had a picture of what I wanted on my phone, it made it very easy. That's not to say, that if I hadn't brought a picture, she wouldn't have done the amazing job that she did. We chatted during the whole 20minutes, and I had never felt so comfortable with any stylist. I'm definitely going back there!

DO NOT GO HERE - This place is a complete fraud. I came in on October 24th to see Ashley, asking…read morespecifically for a lighter blonde color. Instead, I walked out with a darker shade than what I came in with originally, AND roots that were left completely untouched, leaving me with a terrible, patchy hair. I paid $550 for this disaster--a color nowhere close to what I asked for and roots that look awful and unfinished. They do NOT care about their customers AT ALL; they only want your money. I contacted them immediately to request a refund, and they couldn't even be bothered to take my complaint seriously. Instead, they suggested I come back for roots "fix." Really? My hair is already breaking from this mess, and is nowhere close to the color i had asked for, and you expect me to come back & trust you again? The fact that my roots were left completely untouched and patchy speaks volumes about the low quality of service here. Let alone the fact that didn't even come close to achieving the color she said she'd do. Save yourself the money and stress. I spent $550 only to leave the salon in tears.

I had highlights/lowlights done last summer which darkened the overall look of my hair and I decided I liked being lighter. He did tell me at the start of the appointment that it would take two visits to get me as light as I want, but he could've done a lot more for me in one appointment. He put a "full head" of foils on my roots, but did not put any highlight in the body of my hair. He also over-toned it to a very boring and blah shade of beige. During the visit he asked if I could help put his foils together which is not really a huge deal, but if I'm paying close to 200$ for my hair I would like to feel pampered not doing work. He also got one of his students to wash my colour out, and she was quite awful at it as half of my foundation on my face was gone afterwards. I seen no change in my hair after the appointment, was a complete waste.
