We have friends visiting us from Georgia. Yesterday their air conditioner went out on their camper…read moretrailer. The temperature got to 96 inside by the late afternoon. I recommended Mobile RV Service as I had seen them make other calls on our road. They contacted Bryan at 8 am and his wife took the call. Throughout the day, his wife kept them informed on the maintenance call process. The last call, she said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he arrived right on time! He had the air conditioner problem diagnosed in 15 minutes! Within 25 minutes of arriving, he had an estimate for a new one turnkey installed. The air conditioner was installed within an hour and the trailer is currently cooling down! I can't say enough good about this service! Bryan is professional, extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, punctual, and personable! I would highly recommend him for your RV repair needs!

I've dealt with a lot of repair services in my day and all I can say is these people are the best. Honest dependable and quick. Had a problem with our camper called Brian explained the problem he told me it was probably one of two things. Tried the first didn't work. He showed up a couple hours later went right to the problem (didn't spend two hours hunting) fixed it and we were back in business. I honestly can't say enough about how good these guys are. Thanks so much Brian and Tracy you got a customer for life.

Truly this business is one that the right hand does not know where the left hand is. There is poor…read morecommunication between the departments. That said, they made every effort to correct things. Sometimes going way out of there way. Better than most businesses I know. They need a better way for departments to communicate timely with each other and someone to oversee this process and make corrections at the time it's needed. Another suggestion would be to solicit reviews from customers a week or so after purchase. Service could be included with this also. I am satisfied with my purchase and with the service the fiver received. My only real dissatisfaction came with finance or whoever it was I was settling up with things I had done. This individual acted as though I was trying to get away without paying. I am not accustomed to being treated like a thief, but the rest of the people were so nice and customer service oriented that I kept quiet and let it slide, once. I plan for now on repeat business so I imagine I will bump into him again. A bit disorganized but I will be back as I am very satisfied. Also an atta-boy for the parts department. They worked diligently to get the parts I needed. It's difficult with COVID to get what you want within a reasonable time.

We recently decided to get back to traveling in our Motorhome. As COVID had shut us down for over a…read moreyear the batteries were no longer any good. We also had many other problems that needed to be addressed before we could travel. How do we get to a repair shop ??? I did call several RV repair shops including the one we bought the RV from. All gave us the same answer, stating they would be happy to take care of our problem. All we had to do was to drive to their shop. Hard to do that if I can't start the thing. By chance I found the friendly folks at Mobile R V Repair in Heber Springs, AR. The owner Marcus stated he would be there "tomorrow ". WOW, we have been RV ing for many years and this was a first for us. The next day Marcus and his helper showed up at my home. I told him I would escort him to my RV. That's when he really surprised me, stating he had already replaced both batteries. My wife, the Prime Minister of Finance paid the man. I was surprised at the price charged expecting to have to pay much more. I also made an appointment to bring our RV to his shop for item that also needed attention. Again this bill was very reasonable and the work was top notch. I highly recommend Marcus and his staff at the Mobile RV Repair Shop in Heber Sorings, AR These are kind and polite folks who by the way are also Christians. I recommend them to anyone. They will go out of their way to get the job done and make you happy. Thank you Marcus and Mobile RV Repair Shop folks

I definitely do NOT recommend a company that left my RV in worse condition than when they arrived,…read moreand then refused to take responsibility like a child. I will absolutely be suing for the damage you caused. The other RV company that fixed your shit job is happy to write a statement for me explaining the damage you caused. I hired JMSB to repair a small section of my RV slide-out. Instead, I ended up with additional damage, a failed repair, and an additional repair bill. The technician arrived and began working without saying a single word to me. Then he started operating my slide-outs without communicating what he was doing. He manually cranked the WRONG side in, then back out, crushing items I had stored on top into the interior wall. I had to SCREAM for him to stop before more damage occurred. My pets were also inside the trailer at the time, making the lack of communication a serious safety concern. He also performed the repair during active rain. So by the next day, the panel had completely detached. He offered to come out and fix it, which I denied because I no longer trusted him to work on my trailer. A second RV repair company removed the failed repair and found the adhesive was still wet. Moisture had been trapped behind the panel, causing the wood underneath to swell. The repair had to be completely redone. After I reported the failed repair and the additional damage, I requested reimbursement so I could have another company correct the work. That request was never addressed. He just stopped responding. Instead of paying once for a repair, I paid over $250 for work that failed almost immediately, then had to pay another company to redo the repair and fix the damage caused during the original service visit. Thirty years of experience doesn't mean anything when you back it up with sloppy work and piss-poor customer service.
