This place is UNACCEPTABLE. It's never anything to do with the staff or the doctors, it's ALWAYS THE PHARMACY OR INSURANCE. It's atrocious, it's obnoxious having to make 10 phone calls back and forth to get things straightened out, and even then they can't get things done in a timely manner. I had my appointment on Feb 17th, it's now February 26th and they are STILL SCREWING ME OVER. I have active insurance, my insurance company is telling me it's active, yet the pharmacy is saying it shows up as "terminated"? THATS ON YOU- IDEAL OPTION. These are half-ass pas and nurse practitioners supervised by a so-called addictionologist but they really are is just one gigantic pain in the butt my. My favorite is the entitled practitioner who doesn't take time to read your script and realize that they're actually feeling it wrong and then they make up a story well I said I'm sorry no you really didn't you just continued on being a snarky b**** you're a disaster and soon as I can find your name I'm going to tell everybody who it is. She is a disaster of a practitioner has no idea what she's doing and can't even read a script right you can as a practitioner be giving her an order and she'll be arguing with you about what the order says when you wrote the f****** order. They are just medical druggies.i was ready to take the shot but their counselors are 90 batty. My family member started here recently and has been having a very difficult time getting her weekly medication on time. They keep telling her it will be ready at the pharmacy in just an hour or two. Then it isn't, and she's told tomorrow, and then it STILL isn't in. Last month, her medication was delayed so long that she ended up at the ER, terrified and very ill, going through withdrawal. Looks like it's happening again: she went to her appointment a week ago, the medication STILL isn't in, she has none left, and they're closed until Monday! read more

I've been a patient here for a little over 2 years. The office staff is very friendly and always accommodating. The couple doctors I have seen have been very kind and understanding. They expect you to take a script starting the next morning, but it can take 24 hours until your sick, hunting other ways to get better, or unable to work, because The Provider was too bothered to call your script in. Calling Washington State, where they're based out of does nothing. Live chat doesn't allow you to send your thought. It's a fucking joke!!!! read more

The place is Less than an Ideal Option. I wouldn't have given it any stars but you have to give at least 1. My first appointment consisted of waiting for 1 hour in a waiting room, 1 hour in a room with a monitor, which by the way is how they conduct their business, and another hour while the Physician Assistant tried to figure out who to call for 2 questions. So while she's calling from her cell phone in front of me, there's a Media Assistant starting at you through a monitor and by the time you left you felt like you just left the longest, most scattered, unprofessional and unproductive use of 3 hours of your time. They sent my 1st prescription in and completely messed it up by continuing to provide a DEA # for the prescribing Physician,.of which you never end up meeting, for a state that's not even in the state where the script was written for leaving the Pharmacg unable to fill it. I called the Prescription 800# for them only to sit on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes to be told that they didn't know what to do and would get back to me which never happened. It took 5 days for them to get the prescription sent in and filled. My subsequent appointments which should take 20-30 minutes, all took 1.5+ hours because they were always "running behind" regardless if you had the first appointment of the day. They would do UAs every visit and never provided me with the results which most places test in front of you and send the urine out for more detailed testing. From 1 provider to the next there didn't appear to be standards of discussions of progress with the Providers. Each one would review a list of details and ask questions that the one you saw from the previous week never discussed. I have written may 3 reviews in my life. The decision to go into recovery and work through one of the most challenging decisions and experiences of your life, I want people to know I'm advance that this is NOT how addiction treatment not a business should ever be ran. Look into other options such as Hazelden, Recovery Works, Coda and others. This is your life and you are doing such a brave action to better your life...don't waste your time here. I don't like ideal option. I never had a problem with the service sure it's long whatever but the workers are nice. It's how the protocols work. I quit this place and went somewhere else. I thought I was doing something wrong I couldn't get past twice a month visits. I went there for a good amount of time in which I was researching other places because of the 24hr sending of digital prescriptions. I was trained to that number. Wait 24hrs! Always checking the clock and calling the pharmacy to see if it came it came in yet. Most of the time it's like 28hrs of in which, u are starting to withdrawal at this point and u go through that either twice a week once a week or once every two weeks. It's quite a shock to ur body that does not have to occur besides the point that the pharmacy is probably wondering what kind of Prescription is this? 2 strips? Sometimes 7 or if ur lucky 14 at the most of course that's at the 8mg per day. It's ridiculous I thought this was normal til I went to somewhere else. First of all ur not supposed to send electronic prescriptions for narcotic schedule 2 drugs. It's illegal. It is not illegal for schedule 2 drugs to be called in! So what I thought was electronic prescription is actually a call in. Which means they can hand write prescriptions but choose not to because of protocols or they SOPs. All I'm saying is this place doesn't deserve the one star I gave it simply because now I go somewhere else and I get the best care ever five stars I give them. It's such a major relief to not have to worry about this medication anymore. Thanks for nothing ideal option. I can't believe the difference. It's not even compared to night and day. It's compared to zero stars to five stars. Go somewhere else if u need this kind of help it is not the only program in wa. There are lot of real good places yet to be discovered probably! Where u can get an actual prescription u can take to the pharmacy where they say ok it'll be about 45mins. That! ideal option is where I am now! I am not the bad person u make me feel I am. I'm getting better care now and a dose that is comfortable for me. What my body needs not what protocols tell me what my body needs. It's such a huge weight off my shoulders especially if ur struggling with many adversities. It's a huge and important step in recovery. Easing pain is not only physical but mentally as well. And leaving this place was the best decision I've made for my health in this regard by far. And I know A lot of patients! I've been talking and trying to help others so they don't have to go through what I went through. phone numbers, providers, quality care. 15yrs of sobriety is what I offer with a relapse that brought me here to ideal option. But I stand on firm ground a foundation that I can provide to others that there is light at the other end. this place is a joke, young kids running around. everything is disorganized, takes 2 to 4 hours to be seen over a damn computer screen that takes 10 to 15 minutes, I went in yesterday for my suboxone and saw a provider was their for 2 hours but wait they lost the paperwork, supposedly called me multiple times , left messages yesterday I didnt get one call from them, and today I called to find out where my script is not at the pharmacy and they said I need to come in today because I didn't see a provider. what the fuck. why let me fuckin leave if I wasnt done with everything. how the hell does this make sense . they never know what's going on they have you on hold for 15 to a hour and a half and when and if they do answer you just get transferred to more people who have no idea what's going on I'm livid at this point. this place is a damn joke need workers who are less disorganized and maybe a few more of them. the turn over rate is ridiculous too been going their since 2016 and so many new faces all the time . it's so annoying figure it the hell out read more
