Went to Ideal Image for the first time a couple days ago. Went for Botox. I have had Botox several times at another place so I know what to expect. Tried a new provider because I was very unhappy with my last treatment at my old provider. I know what results I want and my nurse Katie at Ideal Image listened 100%. She mixed the Botox and filled my needles in front of me, which the other place didn't do. She was very meticulous about everything. She marked on my face where to inject, which the other place didn't do. She was very gentle, no bruising, which I always had before. I started seeing results in 2 days. Much quicker then before. It's been 4 full days and so far I am 100% satisfied. I skipped my crows feet this time, did forehead and between brows, but am definitely going back to her to have them done. With Botox it's up to the provider how much saline they water it down with. I think my last provider was giving me less potent, or old, Botox with every next visit which is why I became unhappy I think. As long as my results continue to be this good I have a new permanent provider. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the atmosphere of the office is weird. Very quiet. Was there twice and only saw 2 other clients. Just got a weird vibe, but in the end I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Katie for Botox. Also really wish they participated in the Brilliant Distinctions program. It really helps save you a little money on Botox, and other products and services. read more

Not happy about this place at all. I paid for Botox and lip fillers (full syringe) and the Botox was done but I only used half of the syringe during this visit. I wasn't told that I needed to use the whole syringe until after I tried to make a new appointment at another location. A total waste of money to spend as much as I did on a full syringe. If they would have told me I had to use it at that appointment- I would've and not have gotten ripped off. When I went they didn't numb my lips enough either, and I wasn't 100% sure they knew what they were doing. I wouldn't comeback to this location. Not happy. read more

I was suggested to have u therapy done to fix lines on forehead and side of lips as well as neck. I was told it would take 6 months to see results, well I waited 7 months and saw no change. I went back to show them and was told I had weight loss. I did loose 7 lbs but I figured I would see something yet I didn't. I never got the filler and ideal image didn't want to refund my money I paid for filler. I would never use their service again and I would never refer anyone to them. Good bye ideal image. Becareful when purchasing a contract/service with ideal because they throw in a membership cost and you don't know about it till the 300 dollars renews a year later. Called to cancel and they said they can refund but there is a 20 dollar processing fee. Just think how much they make off of everyone. Bad customer service as well, 3 calls and 2 hours of waiting and the refund minus the 20 dollars should now be in process. Insane. read more

I had my first experience at this beauty spa...I did not know they were franchised...second I am sorry I did not do my research...lastly I should have ran when I was told if I had plans for the next 2 weeks reconsider because I would bruise (fillers). I do not think all service workers are RN's..I believe LPN's or taught by a professional. It hurt like heck as she was injecting me. My face feels like bee stings..please do your research before choosing a place..the place I would normally go to had NO appts available and the doctor administered the injections. I won't be going back. I had one session of Ultherapy, which left a scar on my face. Yes, it's because I moved during the treatment. I moved because it was so incredibly painful. It was described to me as being "spicy". Um, no...this is VERY, VERY painful, and I have a good tolerance for pain. So prepare yourself. There is no prep for that pain. I was told that if I got there early, I would be given some pain killers in advance for the "mild discomfort". I was offered nothing. I moved, I have a scar. And so far I have seen no beneficial results. Can't say that's the medspa's fault vs. the fault of the treatment itself, but regardless, I won't be returning. read more

I had a procedure that was so poorly executed I spent over 3 hours the day after while the staff tried to figure out how to fix it, ultimetly having to reverse 1/2 of process I had done . I have repeatedly requested a refund of my money for the services I paid for months ago that have never been delivered and they refuse to issue me a refund. Instead they want to offer a credit for more services. After the horrible experience I've had with them I no longer trust them with anything and have ended up having to pay another provider to repair the damage they caused. Ongoing issues with this company and their lack of customer service. I went there for laser hair removal and filled out their questionnaire on my medical history. I had 4 treatments performed and when I returned for my next treatment they told me I can't have laser hair removal due to a skin condition that I had told them about before they performed any treatments. Trying to get help from customer service is a NIGHTMARE! First, not one person showed any empathy for my concern that they may have damaged my skin by performing treatments I shouldn't have had done. Second, left on hold forever, left messages to receive a call back, never did. When I did finally speak to someone, she told me she could only refund my money for treatments not received, but that she would pass my concerns along and I would receive a call the next day. 2 days later, no return phone call so I called again. This time I was told that when I received the first 4 treatments it was only a precaution, not a contraindication, that they had changed their policy in between my 4th and 5th treatments. Pretty sure this was a lie to cover themselves. I asked for a copy of these policies and was told they were internal only and I could not have a copy. I also asked why I wasn't informed that there was a precaution before I received any treatments at all and got no answer for that. read more

I hate having to go back on my word. It's been about two years since I've gotten the laser hair removal. To say I'm free and clear down there is not at all where this review is going. Let me tell you I have full hair growth back. Not as full as I had before but full coverage. It's disgusting the amount of money I spent on this procedure with the promise of no hair! The possibility of growth was told to me but I was told it would be minimal and I could come in for a touch up. I didn't even bother with the touch up because I would be basically starting all over again. Save your money ladies. Waxing is more ideal and I'm fine with the once a month trip. read more

Please do not use this company no matter the location. They are thieves. On the consultation they make you pay for the services before hand. I went for a BBL and when I arrived they did not want to perform the service I paid for. They requested a medical note to reimburse my money which they also take half of it for a supposed administrative fee. They offered me another service instead so I tried to make an appointment so my money that I paid could go on a bikini laser instead. The representative said that I'll either go into a contract with them or pay them an additional $1,000 dollar. Insane, bad customer service, I still have not gotten any money back and of course they want to take peopl's money so they'll charge $100 dollars in administrative fee. It's really a shame because their service pretty much works (After I completed my treatments I was and still am about 90% hair free) They did say towards the end if I was not completely satisfied it would be taken care of and they could include another session.. which never happened, and I was given a hard time about, but that's another topic in itself. Today was the SECOND time I was told to come in for an appointment ... Mind you my drive is over 40 minutes each way and I was refused treatment. I totally understand that the first time they were concerned of my skin's sun exposure, and I appreciate that they wanted to hold my safety as priority. However, today I was told to come in. With the nurse I spoke with last week knowing exactly every details of my skins exposure to the sun. I left in the middle of my work day, drove all the way there and then was told they could not perform my treatment. I'm not upset with the nurse who refused my treatment, but the lack of communication between employees at this establishment. Not only was it a waste of my time and money, but unprofessional and makes me question what else slips through the cracks depending who is your 'treatment specialist' that day. I love this place. Have been getting Botox here for a while. My Injector is Lauren. Not only is she amazing with the way she marks my areas to be focused on, she listens to what I want for my look. Very professional and wonderful to work with. The current Manager Val Marques is amazing at her job. Incredible talent she has to run businesses professionally and keep her employees on the same level. I recommend to visit this location as they offer great deals. I leave here with a smile. Absolutely worst experience. Not only was I NOT advised on potential medical clearance needed for laser hair removal before the procedures began, they also neglected to mention any concerns about not being medically cleared as they rushed me through the financing process. A refund needed to be processed and I have the paperwork available to prove that they were going to refund the full amount and they never did. I have reached out numerous times to correct the issue and no one has returned one call or email. They are an absolutely scam I would never recommend their services to anyone who asks. Every time I have spoken to anyone there they are full of attitude and completely lack in any amount of customer service. This place is run by inexperienced,rude employees.As I waited to be seen I could clearly hear the "receptionist "at front taking calls/answering questions.So rude.Every customer or person that called she seemed to be annoyed by.Then she was quick to get off phone and "gossip" to other receptionist (at front with her) about callers.Very unprofessional. I spent 7 grand for 9 sessions of laser hair removal for my legs. Hair loss was visible at first but it was not permanent. It was like getting a wax, just as painful but a slower process, and the hair eventually grew back. The nurses assured me each session that I would eventually see permanent hair loss. I was even told that I was a perfect candidate for laser hair removal, but after my ninth and final session I still had hair growth throughout my legs. They offered me two free sessions, but still there was hair growth. They even went over my legs twice in one session with the laser (painful), which was suppose to help with hair loss, but it only caused burns and scarring on my thighs. After my two free/ additional services, I was informed that if I wished to continue services I would have to pay an additional $200 a session. I regret spending so much on a service that doesn't work. I do NOT recommend laser hair removal from this place. It's a waste of money, and a painful process. But most importantly, it damaged my skin. read more

I started my laser hair removal treatments almost 2 years ago and everything was going very smoothly. The staff was friendly and accommodating however, once your hair follicles start to appear in areas that you never had hair growth, you will start to raise concerns. At the end of my treatment I scheduled an appointment for what "Ideal Image" considers a touch up and I was charged $40 for my chin and then the tried to charge me another $40 for my neck area. I was very upset because I have paid approximately $1200 for treatment. Then I pointed out the additional hair growth... inches away from the treated area and they proceeded to offer me a package to have those 3 pieces of hair removed. Be aware this is definitely a gimmick to drain your pockets because your still going to be dependent on their services. You will never be hair free. This is a fact. The office in Willow Grove looks like a corporate office, dull & sterile. I saw a post on Facebook that advertised botox for $10.00 a unit. FALSE ADVERTISING AT IT'S BEST. The man at the front desk look like a live maniquin due to his face having make-up or a sun tanner. He was professionally cold. His question he said, "Do you have a license?" What?????? I filled out an online questionnaire about the services I needed, but apparently he not informed. Brittany took me back into her office and did her sales pitch. I'm a sales person so I know deal. She was flipping through pages of services they offered that I had zero interest of learning about. I asked her if she was informed of the services I requested online at Ideal Image and she was not. So frustrating at this point. She put a price list for botox that started at $1000.00. What happened to the $10 a unit of botox????? Scam to get people to their office. Then she took me on a boring, needless tour of their rooms, who does this????? Next a nurse came in to Brittney's office to complete my medical paper work.
