On November 19th, 2012 the business called asking me to reschedule my upcoming appointment because the technician had something come up. I agreed to change my appointment to December 5th, 2012. I found it odd they didn't call on December 4th, 2012 for the "day before reminder" as they usually do. On December 5th, 2012 I called around 11:30 CST to confirm my afternoon appointment and the phone kept ringing. I drove to the office at the scheduled time for my appointment, but the door was locked to the the suite. By looking in the windows I could see everything in the suite had been removed. There was no contact information listed. I could not find any contact information listed on the website either. I have spent $1,400+ for laser hair removal. My treatments (upper lip and sides of face) have not been completed and it appears the additional cost for the lifetime guarantee will not be honored either. Desired Settlement Since it appears the lifetime guarantee I paid extra for will now be null and the treatments were not completed I would like a refund. I feel a minimum $400.00 USD refund would be fair.
