On December 5th, 2012 I called around 11:30 CST to confirm my afternoon appointment and the phone kept ringing. I drove to the office at the scheduled time for my appointment, but the door was locked to the the suite. By looking in the windows I could see everything in the suite had been removed. There was no contact information listed. I could not find any contact information listed on the website either. I have spent $1,400+ for laser hair removal. My treatments (upper lip and sides of face) have not been completed and it appears the additional cost for the lifetime guarantee will not be honored either. Desired Settlement Since it appears the lifetime guarantee I paid extra for will now be null and the treatments were not completed I would like a refund. A friend had a blepharoplasty done at Bentley and she looks amazing, so I made an appointment for a few services. Sometimes I hesitate to write reviews when I discover a real diamond as I'd like to keep this little secret to myself. But as the benefits of the procedures continue to unfold I have to give kudos. If you think there's no technique involved in injecting filler and botox, think again. I'm very picky about who I allow to do either. I used my plastic surgeon for years, who has now retired. I have to admit that Dr. Delport's placement of filler and botox is the best I've ever had(!) - my lips are beautifully shaped and not at all overdone. My forehead still has movement, but no lines. He explained everything he was doing prior to and during each procedure, and the estheticians assisting him were attentive to details and comfort throughout.
