I received a thorough evaluation prior to each visit, not once but every time. Caution and my safety came before the aesthetics. I've done Cool Sculpting after wanting to get rid of some fatty areas that had been accumulating over the past 10 years. Despite working out with a trainer, there were abdominal and leg areas that continue to get larger each year that I was hoping to address. Well, it did!!! I actually went back for a second round prior to my wedding to see if any other results were possible. I'm so thrilled with my results. I haven't been this toned since I was 19 (currently 39). Leading up to the wedding, Virginia suggested that Broad Band Light (BBL) would provide a way to deal with spots and lines they had developed from years of living in Florida. I was skeptical at first, assuming that I was being "sold" another service. However, I trusted Virginia and she showed me the documentation and history of BBL. I was curious and hopeful. She described it as "cleaning out the basement" of your skin. This meant that even if there didn't appear to be surface level skin damage they the lasers would address the unseen. My name is Alicia and I unfortunately made the mistake by coming to this horrible place before reading the reviews and doing my research. I was waiting forever in the waiting area before they finally took me and was practically begging harping me to get me to do this cool sculpting treatment which should have took as a red flag and left. Long story short I paid thousands of dollars for treatment and got no results, when I went to my follow up months later I was the same exact weight but treatment did not work for me as well as many others. They had my money so they could care less about me being disappointed with my no results. Cool sculpting may work for some people but doing my research they may have un- trained staff who don't know what the heck they're doing because I see a lot of people have came here to do the cool sculpting and very disappointed that their money was took and they did not get any results. I'm going to make sure I tell all my coworkers, friends and even social media that this place is a unprofessional, and un-trained place of business who only cares about getting as much money from their customers as possible. I spent $3000 on my stomach and was promised results. I remained with my diet and did not gain any weight. I went to my follow-up three months later crying because I didn't get any results. I've been going to ideal image for about 2 years now. I started my journey with the Tampa bay location and recently moved to Orlando about a year ago. My experience here was horrible! Don't come here!!!! This place is a complete rip off!!!! I paid a lot of money here and had no results. When I explained to the staff how upset I was to dish out so much money just to see no results, they kept saying "It was not guaranteed."
