I went here a few time for Ultherapy. My last experience was with Sandy and was the best thus far. Sandy was very thorough and really understands how to use the Ultherapy machine to maximize results. She used techniques and targeted areas in a way to maximize lift and skin tightness. Out of all the technicians who I have worked with she is by far the best. Insist that Sandy do your Ultherapy. They are incompetent in a way that surpasses anyone's standards. When they make an appointment or call you to CONFIRM that appointment, they fail to ask they right questions in order to have ether services they offer. They waste your time by also making you wait 1/2 hour to be ready for your set time. Shocking that their nurse practitioners would also fail to diagnose simple things such as melasma, book you for appointments waste more of your time just because they are not competent enough to give any pre-checks for their services. Very disturbing as they don't come across as medical professionals at all. My dermatologist was upset that they carry out laser treatments with no real qualifications. read more

Unethical & racist business practices. I had a consult via zoom. Obviously- a zoom consult for body treatments makes no sense, they wont be able to see fine lines, wrinkles. That is not an issue for them because they don't care nor make recommendations for services you actually need, they push as much as possible and then tell you there is a "limited time deal" and you can cancel if you change or mind or if found not to be a candidate. Mind you- I was not seen once by an actual doctor or clinician, just a sales rep. This was a huge red flag in their unethical business practices. I was booked for services that I am not a candidate for, and also have not yet had-b/c they have no appointment availability for 3+ months- they refuse to refund and cancel my contract for services not yet had or eligible for. Get your services from a reputable med spa/ clinicians that actually take the time to see and assess your skin before collecting your money. I have been put on hold for hours at this point to cancel, only to be told I can transfer my services, because I am a woman of color and 2 out of their 4 options they offer I am not a candidate. Hey guys, so I'm back again to let you know what happened when I tried to contact them because if you look at my reviews, you'll see what they said oh contact us. I contacted them and they told me I had to speak with this Pacific person I can't remember her name right now, but left a message for her never called me back. I just spoke to another manager just now who said she was not here when I had my treatments and of course they're going to say well you had your treatments this long ago blah blah, blah blah blah, but the fact is, it doesn't save your money. You can see all the reviews here it does not work. They don't care about you. They just wanna get your money and run with it. I am really disappointed because I really trusted these folks and let me tell you the Botox wasn't so bad but that alter therapy hurt like hell and to go through that pain and not get any results and spending the money you spend. it's just not fair. You can go by or you can go in and spend your money and then you gonna come back with your reviews saying that it doesn't work. I have no hard feelings towards them. I was cancelled on 4x and decided to get service at another location. Completely unacceptable.

Awful experience in Gaithersburg, MD! Do not sign any contract. They did not properly prepare me for a treatment and the pain made it impossible to finish. They said at the shop they would credit me for the service not completed that day and for the service scheduled in 3 days. Today they said that they do not refund, I signed a contract and even though they did not follow proper accepted AMA procedures for this particular treatment - which is why it was so painful - they will not refund me! Not even for a treatment they have not started. Additionally, the desk charged me an additional $250 that day for something I inquired about and did not do - I also can't get that money refunded. In the video call to set up the service, I specifically called out what area I wanted treatment. When I got in the store, I was told I had signed up for everything BUT that area. I was also told the technicians were experienced - 4 months is not 'experienced.' That's why she didn't know why everyone left without finishing the treatment - because she didn't know the pain cream is necessary. She felt she should "push harder" to get through the pain. I called the location in Gaithersburg and was told to reach out to the corporate headquarters directly for refund which they agreed they owe me. The first person at corporate agreed that I needed a refund. I was sent over to another person and he was rude, stated I had signed a contract and needed to have cancelled in 3 days of signing. The appointment was 3 weeks after signing the contract. There's no way you would know if they do it wrong at that point. BE AWARE - They do NOT refund for poor service. I had paid for BBL treatments and Gaithersburg no longer has technicians to accommodate this service. In addition, it was very difficult to book an appt. Seems to me like they cannot retain employees. I had to call 3 times to get the money transferred for Botox. Ideal has a no refund policy. I have canceled my membership never to return. The company is TERRIBLE! They selling services they can't provide on a timely manner. You can't make an appointment a week from now, or even 2 weeks. It's literally 1,5 months and at worst time possible. Let's say you have cancel your bikini treatment due to your moon cycle , guess what, next one will be available 1,5 month from now. You think you might schedule all your appointments ahead and get a peace of mind. I did that , they canceled my appointment that I conveniently made for all zones, and broke it into 4 other appointments that happened to be all different times and spreaded within a month. So my second scheduled appointment stopped making any sense since you gotta follow the cycle. I am trying to cancel my membership. Calling the company customer service and they keep saying that manager will call me back but no one is calling me back. It's been like that for 2 weeks! This company does not honor its commitments I bought 3 ipl treatments to be administered 1 month apart the first treatment was august. The subsequent appointments were canceled. I asked for a refund. They refused. A manager called and promised me she would set up new appointments. The first one was canceled by them again. I got the second appointment done in december and the night before the third appointment they called and canceled again. The person promised someone would be in touch as i definitely want a refund. Awful business. Once they have your credit card information they will charge it without warning. Be sure to check your credit charges for "Ideal Image" regularly. I bought some treatments on "sale", later to find out it was actually because they quietly charged $300 to my credit card a few days before that I wasn't aware of. It was sold to me as a "birthday discount". I called them three times, first two said it was for a hair removal membership, third person said it was a Botox membership and since I fell for that great birthday discount, of course they couldn't return it. But don't expect any services. I bought some laser hair removal services over a year ago. They constantly cancel appointments on the day of and reschedule you for the next available, which is in 1-3 months. They promise to put you on a waiting list, which means they will text you at 8 am for an 8:20 am opening! The laser hair removal is a pointless service they cannot deliver. read more

They didn't tell me that any attempt to cancel would require a medical reason and that they would process the loan immediately, forcing me to pay before I even received the procedure. I feel completely scammed by their predatory business practices and have opened a case with the BBB because they are refusing to let me cancel the contract. In the summer I had signed up for a consultation for cheek fillers, which led to a zoom consultation with a lady who did not work at the Gaithersburg location. During the zoom consultation I was aggressively pitched to buy the membership because "it would be a better value" about $1,100. While yes it would be a better value for someone who would like multiple procedures, I had said multiple times that I was only interested in one and the membership would only make me spend more money. This did not stop the sales lady from pushing the membership plan even harder on me. She ended the zoom call by asking me when I wanted to be scheduled. I told her that I would think about it and she said that the offer expired at midnight and I would need to let her know by then. Needless to say I did not accept the offer and did not get cheek fillers. Fast forward to January I had walked into the Gaithersburg location to try to get more information in person from someone who did work at the location and hoping they would not try to push me into a membership. When I walked in I told the girls at the front desk that I was interested in getting cheek fillers they told me "I don't think we do that". I knew that this was not true because of the prior consultation I had had in the summer. They went to ask a provider if they do cheek fillers and the provider said yes and that she could look at my face there and then. Great! so I walked into the room and explained what I wanted and we agreed on a procedure. I then went back out to the front desk to get scheduled. Now to be fair the girl that was helping me did find a coupon to use which was very nice of her, and she did not push a membership on me. I was scheduled for an appointment 2 weeks later. Now thinking back on the experience I had to pay upfront right there and then and sign the contract right there and then. This was very intimidating and made me feel rushed. I have had fillers before at a plastic surgeon and they never asked for full payment up front, nor did they rush me to sign. The day before the appointment I received an email to fill out forms about my medical history. As I filled out the forms one of the questions was have you ever had anaphylaxis. I answered yes because I have an egg allergy and my reaction is anaphylactic shock. I had also noted down that this was not my first time getting fillers. The morning of I got missed call from the provider saying that she reviewed my medical forms and wanted to follow up with some questions. When I called back she said "I see you have a history of anaphylaxis, do you have an EpiPen?". I said yes and she said "unfortunately our policy is that we do not preform services on someone with a history of anaphylaxis." I was confused so I said "the anaphylaxis is only for the egg allergy". She said "I know but our policy is that anyone with any history of anaphylaxis for any reason we do not provide services for. I know that you have had fillers in the past, but we don't have the equipment that a plastic surgeon has incase of a reaction." She then said that she would give me either a full refund or it could be used as a credit for another service. I asked for a full refund and she said that she would start that process. I don't understand why having a specific food allergy would rule me out of having a procedure that has nothing to do with the allergy. Especially after having gotten the procedure before with no complications. I wish they would have explained this to me earlier instead of 2 weeks later and the day of. What if I had picked out the date ahead of time for an event? I probably would not have gotten another appointment somewhere else on the dates that i wanted because of their previously scheduled appointments. luckily I found an appointment somewhere else where i was not pressured to sign and I will pay after the procedure. Overall I would go somewhere else, they try to push extra services on you so you spend more money, and they pressure you to sign and pay right there and then, as well as not fully explaining their policies ahead of time. At the time I dismissed these red flags, but now especially after talking to other people who have told me that they do not pay I learned that this was a "sketchy" practice of paying in full and signing right there and then. the fact that they did not explain the anaphylaxis policy ahead of time, and canceled on me the day of shows me a disregard for my time and consideration. like i said: go somewhere else read more

I've been a member here since early June and all of my treatments have been great. I signed up for laser hair removal; Botox; and just recently, Coolsculpting. I've seen all 3 nurses at this location and they've all wonderful. Christine has done my laser and Botox treatments. She's always so patient and kind, which I appreciated during my first ever Botox appointment where she literally held my hand and told me it would be OK . I've seen Alisa for laser and she's very efficient and funny! Nicole treated my flanks/love handles both times for Coolsculpting and I've seen great results. The center itself is very beautiful, clean and bright (and they serve apple juice!) It's also super convenient with free parking and WiFi, plus it's very close to shops and restaurants that I usually visit before or after my appointments. I've referred my mom and sister as well as friends and coworkers. I would definitely recommend this location and I'm very happy with my treatments so far. read more
