The other thing that I didn't love that is unique to OVME: they take your pictures, put it through a database, and then tell you how your face compares to others in terms of wrinkles, sun damage, etc. during the initial consultation. Reflecting on that experience, I would have preferred to skip the comparison to others and just focus on what I want to improve for myself.

Kate is very attentive and knowledgeable, she knows how to customize and recommend treatments as she is working on your skin during the facial.
