I had the pleasure of being serviced by MaryGrace, this was by far the best lip filler that I have ever received. MaryGrace is patient, confident that she will deliver the expected results that her client is requesting all in the name of "grace" she provided me with the safety, relaxation and confidence in her ability to have me picture perfect when my treatment was completed. She provided the necessary hygienic safety measures, applied numbing cream, positioned me in the recliner measured injected, evaluated and moved accordingly. We then agreed to inject more or hold what we had. However, the end result was outstanding. I've tried contacting ID for several months now trying to work out a solution to a contract I purchased a year and a half ago. SO, when you sign up for "a loan or like a credit card," you are locked into that loan AND, you CANNOT get out of. I purchased the ULTherapy package along with some Botox, which they included. I went to only two sessions of the ULTherapy, which by the way is VERY painful. You can get some numbing cream, the Rx is very small amount and cost me around 40-50$. You have to wipe off the cream before the treatment. I have called many times to try and work out trading my initial treatment for other things. I've yet to be contacted for a resolution. They just keep passing the buck even after I've also signed up for their "lifetime membership" for free or discounted rates for services. I don't care what you do, but RUN and never do business with Ideal Image. They are a joke. You can never get an appointment more than two weeks out. They refuse to work things out for me. High pressure sales. Billing for services before date of service and prior to obtaining medical clearance to receive the services. Called to schedule for Lip Injections and Ulterapy. Ideal Image billed and ran credit for financing these procedures. Date of service, upon arriving I was told I needed to speak with their dr and see if I could obtain medical clearance. My medical was all disclosed prior to my appointment. I have a medical doctor that monitors EVERYTHING for me. If a medical clearance was needed I should have been advised PRIOR to anything being BILLED to my credit card. I was denied medical clearance for the procedures I wanted but cleared for other service which Ideal Image requested. I then sat in an office which was filled with 2 or more of their staff members pushing services on me while they tried to figure out "what packages" matched the prices they already billed. No refund could be done for the services denied by their internet doctor. Instead I ended up with over $1,500 for IPL services that I didn't want. read more

I went in last year in August after doing a virtual consultation when I finally went into my appointment the lady in the office told me something totally different from the lady at the virtual appointment. They already charged me $1500. I did not get any services done. so I was refunded my $1500 never heard from them again until this month. I looked at my credit card statement and they took out almost $1200. I called the manager She told me she never spoke to me. I asked her why I was being charged and she said I signed a contract so I went up there to get the contract and it was the same lady that told me she had never spoke to. so obviously she just lied to me on the phone . Before I begin, Marissa in the front desk of the Fort Worth office is VERY professional and treated me very well "to my face". So, this is not about front desk Marissa. I have read reviews about how unprofessional this location was and how Ideal Image makes you pay upfront. If you need a refund, they hold you money hostage. So, guess what? It's "ALL TRUE" on so many levels. At the young age of 53...I am no stranger to injectables for facial maintenance. I had an A+ experience with the Collyville location with my Ultherphy. I wrote a 5 star review as Collyville deserved. I am a fair person in that aspect. The staff was ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL at the Collyvile location. My story begins...I wanted to get a Botox touch up. I was told I didn't have any units in my file. So, I HAD to buy 20 units of Botox "in advance". I have experience in getting injectables. I only needed 8-10 in my forehead as a touch up because I just had some one month before. I used the X one that wasn't strong enough. This is why I only purchased 20 units. I was only planning on using up half and having a credit for later on the other half. The injectable nurse told me, Oh no, Honey, you're getting all 20. I told her, no, please I only want 10. She and I argued back and forth. I got frustrated that she didn't realize that I was a paying customer and she was working for me. I said, hell no, I am the customer. I only need 10. I already have some in my face from a month ago. I just need a touch up above my brows to lift my eyes. She told me she wouldn't do it at all unless she put ALL of the prepaid amount in me. I said, no I will go somewhere else. (These type of businesses are EVERYWHERE in DFW. So many to choose from that have professionals in the this field are a dime a dozen that treat you right). I proceeded to tell her that I want to look soft not a hard fake plastic look. She still argued that she would put the full amount. I told her I want my money back or a different person. This woman was VERY passive AGGRESSIVE. (Remember this is the Fort Worth location). So, with my great professional peaceful experience that I had with Ultherephy in Collyville a week before, I thought I would just transfer my credit to another service or just have my Botox done by someone in Collyvile. This girl was NOT touching my face. I will NEVER EVER return to this Fort Worth staff location! HOWEVER, I went ahead and asked for a refund instead of using Collyvile or transferring money to a different service in Collyvile because I was so freaked out by this nurse being so aggressive to me as a customer. She said, "no problem. I will give you a refund". So, I waited...I check my account 5 days later. No refund. Still VERY upset about the encounter with the nurse. I called to check on my refund a few days later. They said, they were confused and didn't know I wanted a refund. I told them again. I want a refund. I want a refund. I want a refund. Ideal Image scarfs up your money instantly but insult your intelligence by telling you that it takes 7-10 days to give it back to you for a refund. What an insult to ones intelligence! We ALL know the technology these days. It takes seconds to send money back. It's called Quantum banking. Examples are my bank, PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, etc. So, the area manager told me she has to submit a request first. That it take 7-10 days to give me back what is mine. WHY? Just give people their money back as quickly as you scarfed it up without making interest off of our money first. Don't keep our money hostage as I have read many, many, many cases like mine. Very shady unprofessional business practice in this area of refunds and making people prepay. No other business of the sort does this. And, as a former business owner, this Fort Worth office injectable nurse and the area manager should be FIRED for unprofessionalism. One would have thought that they were speaking to Regina George from the movie "Mean Girls" when I called the area manager to check on where my refund was that I told them I wanted 5 days pryer. (Absolutely NO customer service skills AT ALL. She was vile, had an extremely sassy tone and demeanor. Snippy, snooty, condescending, non compliant, no empathy. No condolences that they are holding my refund. You name it. Top notch young spoiled girl unprofessionalism). Mean, nasty, too immature, stuck up and COLD hearted to be an area manager in my experience of being a former business owner. The position has gone to her head. Avoid Ideal Image at all costs or believe me, it will cost you! This is the ideal place to go, if you want to be lied to, ignored and ripped off! I bought a cool sculpting package for $2000. The manager, Mike sold it to me. He sold me a package that was supposed to include two areas on each leg, that would be treated twice, in each area. On my first visit, the nurse told me I was too thin to be a candidate and asked me what I was told during my examination. I told her I was never given an examination when I purchased my package. She was very confused by this. She went ahead and treated the outside of my thighs on each leg. So I was dual sculpted, something she said didn't normally happen. When I returned for my second visit, they only treated the back of my right leg and again a different nurse said that I wasn't a candidate for cool sculpting. On my third visit, the same area, on the same leg was treated a second time. After my treatment, she said the receptionist would call me to schedule my next treatment. Several months went by, I never heard from anyone. So I called to schedule my next treatment. It was then, I was told I didn't have any left. What I was told I was buying, were eight treatments. The outside of each thigh and the back of my thighs would be treated twice. That's four areas combined, treated twice, which equals eight total treatments. The receptionist pulled my chart and told me that Mike may have told me that but ultimately, what he sold me was just four treatments. She also said that in my chart, all three nurses notated I wasn't a candidate for cool sculpting and yet they performed it on me anyways and took my $2000. I was told that either Mike or the regional manager would be contacting me but that was two weeks ago and needless to say, I haven't heard anything back. If you were interested in cool sculpting, make sure you get an exam and avoid Ideal Image. Ideal image is extremely unethical and fraudulent. When I signed up for my hair removal package it was during Covid and I understand they were short staffed, but they kept bumping my appointments back by MONTHS and it's basic hair removal knowledge that you need to do it within a certain timeframe to keep the hair cuticles from growing back, so not only after spending way more money than most other places charge for laser hair removal, they kept bumping my appointments back and so it wasn't within the timeframe and I still am growing hair in the places I had treated. And on top of that I was supposed to use my package within a year but because it was their fault for continually bumping my appointments back, my last two appointments fell after year, and I had to fight tooth and nail for them to give me my last two appointments, because they were trying to not give them to me, even though it was their fault for continuously moving my appointments back. Ideal Image is a shameful and reprehensible example of customer service. I had to cancel my services with Ideal Image due to financial hardship, BEFORE I received any service from them. I cancelled well before my first appointment, trusting that they would do their part in cancelling with the lender. One month later, I received a whopping Past Due payment for over $3,000. I called five times to get this resolved. Every time, the representative told me she would contact customer service and that someone would be reaching out to me. No one ever called me. That enormous bill, for a service I NEVER RECEIVED and CANCELLED IN ADVANCE is now past due because Ideal Image dropped the ball and did not take the time or effort to do their part. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment in all my life. Please do not trust this company for your needs. If anything goes wrong, they will not be able to quickly and efficiently handle your concern. I am still waiting a call from the "manager" and "customer service" who I was repeatedly promised would call me back. I would leave zero stars for Ideal Image if I could. One STAR is too high of a number. I've left a previous review and was told someone would reach out to me to discuss. I originally signed up for their "Package Deal" through Ally Lending which included x # of sessions of cool sculpting and all kinds of discounts and crap afterward. This was one of the stupidest things I've ever done. It took me forever to get an appointment, I noticed nothing different, no results whatsoever. I thought about pursuing the additional session I had available and after leaving no less than 4 messages and not getting a return call, I chose to cancel my contract. According to "Chris"(I think that was his name) that's not possible, I still owe the remaining balance for services NOT rendered. He was so busy talking AT me I finally hung up. I've now filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office due to their intimidation and bullying to NOT allow you to cancel a contract. Ally Lending is trying to help me but after my conversation with Chris, it just confirmed I want nothing to do with such an unprofessional company. At no point is a call where I am bullied acceptable. It's so hard to do business with these folks, I'd not recommend them to anyone! RUN FAST, DON'T JUMP ON THIS BANDWAGON! The people to sell the packages and the front desk are very friendly. However. My personal experience with the billing department has been hell. I bought a package and, 2 days after that I got diagnosed with a skin disease. Then, I called for a refund and they said they we called me back. 1 week after that, I have received a call from a very disrespectful person that yelled at me over the phone, who said NO REFUNDS by the company, who stated that he was the only person that I will need to talk with, he stated that I will need to pay for the services no matter what (a service that 1st I haven't received and second, for medical reasons meaning that I cannot use it) in a full price and, hang up the phone. No recommended. This company also has more than 2000 complains with the BBB due to refunds, waiting times for appointments, lack of information and associated with the "membership" and "life time guarantee" they offered when you are getting the packages. read more
