I had been a client for over 12 years and I'm familiar with the inconvenient booking system they have. Two moths ago I scheduled 2 appointments for today. When I spoke with the booking agent she ASSURED me it's all set up and I don't need to do anything else. Still I was on the lookout for "please confirm your appointment" email, because it had happened to me in the past when I missed the email and my appointment was automatically canceled. So I was making sure nothing like this will happen again. I actually tried calling 3 different times, 3 different numbers to get appointment confirmation. NO ANSWER ! NO EMAIL. I show up today... no one there. I call again. This time someone answered and informed me that my appointment WAS CANCELLED because I didn't confirm it. WHAT?! The people working there are professional and it is a good experience but I asked before I got a package about what percentage of my hair would be gone. They guaranteed 100%. I waited until about 3 months after my last treatment to post this review. I told them in my last treatment that there was still hair. They offered me extra treatments and it was quite clear when they finished, but just a few short weeks later, I'm back to shaving. It is noticeably less hair but I've realized that 100% hair free requires life long visits. I wish they had just been honest about that. Never, ever use this company. I prepaid for laser service for both of my daughters. They cancel appointments on them constantly, never taking into consideration that we have lives and have already maneuvered our schedules already to make time for our appointments, and if you complain, they are rude. And the kicker is, if you have to reschedule same day, which we did once, they said it would be a $50 charge, but they would kindly waive it this time however it can't happen again, unbelievable. Maybe they should pay us $50 every time they cancel our scheduled appointments. Never use them! I have saved all of my messages from both daughters telling me that they have to cancel our appointments, usually because a doctor quit. That seems like a red flag too. They now are trying to charge me ridiculous fees for additional treatments that should have been covered in my lifetime package. Ideal Image review I have been going to Ideal image since last May 2021. My husband bought me the lifetime warranty treatment for 5 areas. My first treatment was fine but afterwards it wasn't. I was advised by the sales dept rep that "it will be so nice for you to get laser and then be out in the sun since you're going on a trip and your legs will be so smooth" Needless to say, I spent weeks trying to recover my legs from the agonizing burns I had in my legs. I had to be medicated to relief the pain, redness and swelling. I brought this up to their attention at my next laser treatment and even the nurse at the time said "the sales rep don't know shit half the time" This is obviously very accurate. Throughout the rest of my treatments I had amazing nurses. Honestly the medical staff, was always so friendly. HOWEVER, the admin staff WAS NOT helpful neither welcoming. Several of my appts were changed randomly which caused me not being able to attend those and rescheduling (even though I had already been scheduled appropriately). Thus once my 18 month contract was supposedly up, I was told I couldn't have the treatment left that I should have gotten but I was rescheduled by the office with no notice. This caused for me to miss the "timeframe" in with that treatment should have fallen so I could get it done. Regardless, my legs, underarms and periA areas STILL GROW HAIR so much !!!!!!!! After 18 months of continuous treatment! I brought this up and was advised to "just purchase another plan" ARE YOU SERIOUS?????? I have Ideal over 10 thousand dollars at this point and have NOT been happy with my results AT ALL !!!! nevertheless, I decided to give them another try and purchased another plan for 5 more areas. When I booked for the new areas, I showed up and was told I wasn't there for all that treatment and they did not have enough time to get my new areas done. AGAIN losing time here since they only treat you every 6 weeks for only 18 months!!!!!! I am a working psychiatric provider seeing patients in the mental health filed daily so I cannot just take any time off and go get my laser done ! I really had no idea what to expect for the ultherapy. I can't thank Heather enough for being real with me. She said it was going to hurt & she would stop any time I asked. If I had had a different nurse, I don't think I could have done it. I had my entire face done from the top of my forehead to just under my chin. It was a lot! At the end I could only do one or two passes without a break. I cannot thank Heather enough! She was extremely communicative, supportive & I felt she really knew her stuff! We had good flowing conversation throughout the therapy & honestly, I could not have done it without it. THANK YOU HEATHER! As for the results, I was initially very pleased. I think I was somewhat swollen but I had no problem living my life. There was virtually no residual pain . So let me start off by saying this wasn't my first time at this clinic. I had previously purchased a package in another state and wanted to use it at the location near my current home but was told I couldn't because the location near me wasn't corporate. I drove 1 hour 15 minutes to the nearest location and it went okay so I decided to book again with them. I called for an appt and was told I would have to pre-purchase a package because I didn't have enough units of Botox left. I stated it was a far drive so I didn't want to buy a big package and have to drive there multiple times. She said we could do 70 units for $700 or 40 units for $600. I stated last time I received 100 units for less than $600 and she laughed. She told me she could do 70 units for the price of 40. I agreed signed the contract and she called me back to schedule. I told her I wanted both filler and Botox done and she said no problem and scheduled me. Day of appt. I drive over an hour and get to the clinic. I metion to the front desk that I have $50 from Alle that I would like to use. Of course they can't do that because I pre-paid. That was sucky but fine and the nurse came to get me for my appt. We went in back and she states oh your here for Botox and I said yes and filler. She told me the appointment was only scheduled for Botox and they didn't have time for filler. She asked me who scheduled me and I told her the girls name was Brooke. She said well, she is longer with the company because there were a lot of issues like this. She went back out front to see if she could squeeze me in for filler. Those aren't words you want to hear when it comes to your face and something as delicate as lip injections. She came and said they could squeeze me in since I had such a long drive. I started feeling a little uneasy but was already there. She took pics and numbed my lips. Ideal image will absolutely NOT let you receive Botox more than every 3 months at the "discounted" rate or any rate for that matter. Side note... it is not recommended to receive Botox more than every 3 months, although if they don't do it right the first time this is usually necessary. Nope. Every 3 months, or longer because they are always "booked" or are they? Perhaps no one wants to work there because it's a tough place to work. Don't get me wrong, I've seen some pretty awesome aesthetic nurses there but guess what? They don't work there anymore. Their botox was poor, could not address my problem areas and instead just kept using more and more units that if we're placed correctly, would never have needed for more. I used to go to this location for a few years and it used to have decent service but absolutely terrible now. The day I went in, they notified my that they didn't have enough product for the procedure and I had to come back again (Literally couldn't call me to let me know). Then, the nurse seemed like a complete newbie. Finally, when I tried to get a refund for the product that was not used, the regional manager (Mandy Unger) was even worse. My wife had her appointment at 9 AM the other day. She showed up at 9 AM, and the doors were still locked. They came and unlocked the doors very shortly thereafter, but then the lady said they were having their morning meeting, and everybody disappeared again. It was 10 after nine before they finally showed up again. Granted, the appointment only takes about five minutes, but when you are carefully planning your morning with kids, etc, if an appointment is at 9 AM, it should start at 9 AM. If there has to be a morning meeting, you should start well before 9 AM so that it can and then everybody can get set up and ready to go by the time the doors are unlocked. I also thought it was weird how in our initial appointment a month or so ago to find out about the process, it felt like we had to meet with about 10 people before they Finally talked about the price! That's a bit of an exaggeration, but it did seem like the price was kept a secret until the last minute. The prices are very high. Some of the clinicians are new and unexperienced. At my last treatment I was burned by the laser. I'm hoping it doesn't leave permanent scarring on my face. I spoke to the nurse about it. She said maybe I had lotion left on my face prior to having the treatment. I told her I washed my face twice prior to coming in and did not apply lotion. I do not recommend this place. I recently got Botox and fillers. The Botox is okay but I agree with another reviewer that it must be diluted. Results are mediocre after 50 units. I've had better results with less elsewhere. The fillers were done unevenly. One side of my face clearly has more than the other and it's noticeable. When I went in for my follow up I was told I could pay for another syringe if I wanted to add more to make my face look more symmetrical. $1900 later I'm very displeased with the results and will not go back. read more

I originally went to Ideal Image because if you buy a membership the cost per unit of Botox was very reasonable. The sales person talked me into trying Ultherapy. She raved about the results and told me how happy I would be. Quite the opposite actually. The procedure itself was extremely painful and the area I had done was tender for a few weeks following the procedure. It left dark red pinpoint sized lines all across my upper lip, all in perfect rows, exactly where they had used the ultrasound. I waited for 3 months, hoping they would fade and disappear completely. They did not AND I saw no difference in the appearance of the peri-oral area that I was supposed to be so happy with. I reached out to Ideal Image, who prescribed a hyperpigmentation cream to use twice a day for 6 months. Not only did the cream not work, by this time the rows of dots were now raised rows of brown dots. After the 6 months, I again reached out to Ideal Image. They explained to me that scar tissue can be a side effect and bid me farewell. It was clear that the person that did my procedure either did not know what they were doing or had the machine turned up way too high. Lesson learned. Go to a reputable place and spend the extra money for someone who knows what they're doing. I now have permanent damage to my upper lip. As for Ideal Image, the new look they gave me is far from ideal. They don't have a 2 1/2 star rating for nothing! read more

I am freaking out! A day ago I signed up for a free consultation regarding cool sculpting. I was curious but was not intending to sign any contracts, loans or make a purchase whatsoever. I had a zoom meeting with an advisor called Priscilla Castelo who I realized a little too late was a sales rep and nothing more. In this virtual meeting she spoke wonderful things about Cool Sculpting as she sent me email after email to sign. She told me how I was a great candidate for Cool Sculpting but at no point did she mention the cons of getting this treatment done, nor did she say that once I sign the contract I wouldn't be able to cancel!!! I was pressured into a loan I can't even afford and don't know how I was even approved cus I don't have a job, I make $13/hr at a bakery where I work only 16hrs a week. I know I should have known better but I really believed this company was trustworthy. Now I'm $3,000 in debt!!! Also after giving it some thought and doing some research I realized how overpriced they actually are. Clearly their sale is just a tactic to get people to sign and I want out. -1 star if I could. Started laser hair removal treatment about a year ago, staff is nice they are great with scheduling. Results are great. BUT, there is always one. This one is a huge one. Ideal image had me sign a contract to pay a monthly payment until my treatment was completely paid for. I was seen a total of 4 times (half the amount of treatments usually needed) and they had a GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM! Which lost my account information. Within that, the auto withdrawal that is supposed to happen every month didn't happen for a while. I called to make sure payments were going through and they informed me things were all good and they would see me at the next appointment! I called to schedule my next laser hair removal appointment and they had informed me of this glitch in their system. Also informed me that I was 900.00$ behind in payments because THEIR system messed up. Then the woman proceeds to tell me she can't put me on the schedule until I'm up to date in payments. I have NO PROBLEM paying the full amount for my laser hair removal. Now, I am halfway through, meaning I have HALF the hair I used to leaving me in an UNCOMFORTABLE limbo state, with ingrown hairs, rashes and irritated skin. I talked to a manager down there at Ideal Image Centennial location; she informed me that it indeed was a mistake on their end. So for a reasonable solution I asked if I could continue making payments as of now; and just extend my payment plan however many months was missed!and for them to continue the process I have started with laser hair removal. She agreed but informed me that she needed to double check with her superior, and she would call me back in a few days. It has now been almost a month and a half since I've heard from her. Each time I call I get sent to their call center, and told that I can call back again if or l leave a voicemail. Love the treatment, but suggest another company to complete. read more

I started going to Ideal Image February of 2017 in which the fillers and lips etc are beautiful! I am adamant about touch ups etc and spent thousands of dollars probably 10,000.... For the first year or so, I easily got in for appointments...then I started having to wait for weeks to get in for a simple touch up that might take 30 minutes.... For some reason, these long waits were always with Kelley at the front desk and when we would finally obtain an appointment, she was extremely rude. So I started exploring other providers and in each and every case obtained an appointment in a day or so...never even had to wait for even a week... So much for repeat customers! Very bad business and I've seen this kind of power over and over in law firms for 30 plus years. I have same hair stylist been seeing for 7 years weekly and she appreciates it just like other services in the past. I have been doing treatments with Ideal Image long before moving to Colorado and let me just say how excited I was to find that Ideal Image has locations around the country and not just in one city. This is very helpful when your committed to treatments that take months, sometimes years to complete. I have been receiving treatments at this Centenial location for over 2 years now. I always have amazing times when I visit this location; never have I been a member at a med spa that I have so much fun at. The staff is so friendly and they are all my sisters now; it's just how it works when your an only child and you connect with other woman. I have always been treated kindly from their staff. The front desk to the nurses to even management are all very professional and caring. My treatments are always performed with the appropriate cleanliness and care and I couldn't imaging getting treatment else where. I think it's very important to feel comfortable when going into a med spa where treatments are painful naturally it's the nature of the beast. But having a great and well educated staff really makes the whole process less painful. Might I add it's really a plus to have actual nurses performing services; I feel like they are better for the job because the level of education they have taken and I believe if your a nurse your truly a caregiver and that means they are all sweet and caring. Seriously I'm always so distracted with the staff that once I actually get to the treatment it's a piece of cake because I feel at home.
