He took time to thoroughly answer my questions, and I could tell he had a very comprehensive knowledge of the facial anatomy. The surgery was done under local anesthesia and him and Tatiana made me feel so comfortable even though I was awake the entire time. If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. If you have been getting electrolysis prior to coming to her shop and want to assume the risk of not having an initial consultation, this is not possible. Furthermore, the $50 for 5-10 minutes of information not applied to a service seems quite high and a money grab. In my case, I happen to be in the area for just a week and don't want to go through a "skin" treatment plan and whatever the justification is for a consultation. Within a minute of looking at my face and setting up the machine the technician will know what to do. Again, I'm not new to electrolysis.
