I had monthly meetings with Bianca and I would pick up the monthly dosage the following day. She's very knowledgeable and started me off at the lowest dosage of 2.5mg and continued to the second month since I was still losing weight. The food noise started at the end of month two so she increased the dosage to 3.0mg. Before I started going here, I had already loss 12lbs and this place helped me lose the next 10lbs but at a healthier rate. Lindora is a metabolic health and wellness clinic focussed on improving energy, confidence, and weight loss under personal supervision. They also sell vitamins/minerals and if you want, you can sign up for their diet program and purchase food from them. That will eventually happen later. You also need to keep a journal and count your points by what you eat/drink. Their facility along with gender neutral restroom was super clean. I am very pleased with the care and attention that I got from this facility and looking forward to seeing them again very soon.
