Wendy and Jo do an amazing job behind the scenes. I love that I get weekly emails about everything that's going on at the school and her class. Between myself and my daughter, we had 4 pairs of leather boots that needed repairs; now that they are serviceable again we should get several more years use from them. One pair of boots I've had since my grown children were preschoolers, just needed the heel sole replaced. Though I've used YT to repair the faux stacked-heel-look wrapped around the boot heel, I wasn't prepared to attempt the sole; getting the correct thickness and having the tools to smooth the cut sides of the replacement sole seemed like more that I wanted to take on at present. I'm happy to finally have a place to keep my boots in good repair. Make sure to call before going to pick up your repair to confirm that it is ready.

It hasn't been a treat listening to construction start at 7am every morning. However the end result will be well worth it. There will be an athletics field and a two story schoolhouse. As a poorer, slightly run down part of town, it nice to see money being spent in good ways. The young children in this area deserve a nice elementary school to go to.
