The woman who answered the called told me the groomer wasn't taking terriers anymore. I said a Tibetan is not really a terrier, then she said the groomer wasn't taking Tibetan Terriers anymore. I asked why I wasn't told this before I was supposed to be there with the dog. She just said sorry. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and if I were you, I wouldn't ever take my dog to this business.

She still gets very upset when caged. A typical groomer puts dogs in cages between stages of grooming, which is why we had not taken her to one for awhile. But when I asked the K-9 people about possibly doing her either at the start or end of a day when she could be done right through the process without being caged, they pleasantly agreed. They also sometimes ask a lesser price if they were unable to get her very dry when we pick her up, or got started late or whatever. We would not shortchange these people for such minor reasons. They clearly care for these dogs and treat customers honestly. To the person who complained because they wouldn't take their type of dog, I would say that sometimes people make honest mistakes and may not be very good at making them right. That can be frustrating. But I'm guessing that a public message intended to turn people away from an honest place of business for one poorly handled error is not your proudest accomplishment. I too had to seek out a groomer who would handle the type of dog we have, and was happy to discover how accomodating K-9 Klips in Sequim can be. I hope others will ask the right questions and at least give them a try to decide for themselves.

The two men we met that are in charge of overseeing the dogs were informative as well as understanding my nervousness about leaving him for the first time. There was ample paperwork to fill out but that proved they are cautious and fulfilling their responsibilities given their good reputation. It went so well we took him back a second day. They are a good 15 mins. off the beaten road in a very rural location but was worth the drive. Would definitely use them again if in that area.

Knows her stuff. The tall, young , dark haired man working the fish department (wasn't there today but I have seen him previously) and is always helpful and informative. Today, at 1pm, hardly anyone in the store. I bring my cart to the only register open. The young kid manning the one register open looks at me, then speeds out the front door to his white car. I thought, okay, maybe he will be right back and I unload my cart. He said nothing, before he ran out, to John who was busy off to the side with cleaning a bin and not manning a register. He could of said something to his coworker since my items were now at the register table. Then this kid speeds off in his car. Was his shift over or was he just rude? Thank you to John for helping me. Customer service from this young kid is entirely lacking. Good luck with future employment.

I am super thankful for the wonderful staff at this hospital. Earlier this week on my at home from…read morework I tragically hit a baby deer that ran out onto the road in front of me. I could not get a hold of anyone to try to help him, I called multiple vets and even called the game warden, no one was able to help or most were already closed for the day (4:30pm). One clinic in pa told me to try Greywolf, since they're one of the few places that have a wildlife license. I called them at 4:41pm and they said if I could get the deer in the car I could bring them. They were willing to stay open late and wait for me. I had to drive all the way from port Angeles and finally arrived around 5:10pm. They immediately came out and started trying to help the poor thing. It didn't seem like a skeleton crew at all, they had multiple people trying to help him, and even helping me fill out the papers and comforting me, since I was in tears at this point. I know it's a tragic thing that happens often in this area, we have so many deer, but that didn't matter, they still did everything they could to try to save him and for that I'm incredibly thankful. Sadly he did not make it, but I'm comforted in knowing that everyone tried their best, and they made it as peaceful a passing as they could. Behind grateful to this amazing staff for all of their help and hard work.
