Weirdly very rude? I got a modest order of stickers. The proofs took a little longer to send than…read morethe site stated, but that was fine, I ordered at a weird time. I approved the proofs the day I got them. They state all over the place that production starts as soon as proofs are approved, and if they don't get a response production starts 72 hours after proofs are sent. I waited almost an entire week, and my order status still just said "proofs pending." I sent a message asking about it, the response I got told me repeatedly that if I needed them by a certain deadline, I had to tell them. I thanked them and said I was just a bit confused by the status on the site. It wasn't until a while after their response my order status was updated and I eventually got my stickers. Apparently, after that exchange, I missed an email from them "apologizing" for the order status not updating "as soon as you typed your approval." I was never rude, nor pushy? I waited well past the seemingly strict deadlines set by the seller. I wouldn't have remotely minded waiting if they didn't have these apparent deadlines and time frames noted at almost every stage of the order, but the fact that my order was able to be finished and shipped almost immediately after I said something gives me the sense that if I hadn't, it may not have gotten done at all. I wish I saw these other reviews before I ordered. The stickers seem to be good quality, at least. I used an image I'd gotten printed from another service in the past- these stickers seem very slightly lower resolution, but they held up in the dishwasher and you have to REALLY look close to notice the slight fuzziness. One set of stickers also seems a bit smaller than it was meant to be, but not to the point it bothers me.
