Only been on the air a few weeks, but off to a tremendous start! The playlist is expanding rapidly and commercials are at a minimum. I listen in my office all day long. I'm very optimistic about this station's future! Awesome start! Keep up the great work! read more

We listened to this station last Saturday on our way back from Lubbock to Abilene TX and reallyi enjoyed the Chrstian spanish music . I have tried to contact this station but both numbers are disconnected and information direcdtory does not show you guys listed. I am trying to reach you all. We heard a song that touched our hearts that may be titled "Ya no llores por mi". We were returning from my husband"s mother"s funeral and this is a song we would like to add to our collection. I hope to hear from you all! Your music is phenomenal! Thanks! MEG read more

In is day and age, many people rely on the internet, social media sites and the television for news. Before we know it, the printed newspaper will be a novelty and we will reminisce about the good ole days. Prior to the 1950's, we relied on the printed newspaper and the radio for our news. When televisions were introduced, we began to witness the perpetual decline in the reliance in newspapers. Last year, newspaper subscriptions fell over 5%. I am proud to support the Idalou Beacon (with 2 annual subscriptions) and enjoy each week when I get to thumb though the newest edition. The Idalou Beacon provides updates on cotton farming (cradle to grave....or should I say cultivating to baling), highlights students and their accomplishments, provides residents with updates on social gatherings, crime, obituaries, buy local opportunities, recipes, My favorite thing is the Rave on column, written by the Editor. I hope that all those who read this review, will go out and purchase their local (or national) newspaper, even if it is a single edition.
