Top notch experience with this family owned business from our call to schedule an appointment for them (the owner) to come to our home to educate us on options, to pricing, to installation to follow up for window tint film options. We have used window tint film before, in west facing windows in our previous home in Bend, Oregon, a high desert climate with tons of sun, so we knew the value of good window tint film for reducing heat and protecting against UV rays that can damage art, floors, carpets and furniture. But it had been fifteen years since we last looked at product, so we needed information on the best current options. Talked to someone about home windows being tinted, she said she would need to measure for price. I offered to save them a trip and measure and send pictures myself. She agreed so a few hours later I texted pictures of the windows and sent each measurement...no one responded so 2 days later I asked if I had the wrong number. When you get the correct info about what needs to be installed, which I didn't. And you ask for better prices if you install more than one window and mean to add on down the road, then this company is wonderful. Very easy to work with and they try and help as much as they can. Most of this 4 star review is for how amazing the actual install is. Seamless, super clean and respectful staff that pick up after themselves and wear shoe covers in the house without even asking them to. Family business with lots of experience and great costumer service. One star low due to the rocky start we had with mismatching quoted of product and prices to the actual installed product. which I found out accidentally. Didn't like that part at all!
