I was definitely in a bind and needed to get back to Soda Springs, pronto. I texted two other companies before Joyride, and they didn't even bother responding. Not Joyride, I sent a text at 4:57 pm and received a reply at 4:57 pm... that's 24/7 service on call! While I was waiting for Justin who showed up just in under a minute from the time he specified, the "other" company replied to my quote with a much higher price. So not only are they readily available but most affordable. I'm actually in the cab right now and since we left Pocatello I have seen him coordinate other drivers to accommodate the needs of the public. Justin I also Pocatello PD'S go to guy whenever they require a cab for a local to which I am witness, for we picked up a couple who had been in a car wreck just a few minutes into our Joyride. I thought it was very caring when Justin asked the lady if she was sure she was OK, cause if not, he would take her to the hospital. I'm serios, even if you only need a ride across town, give Joyride a call and greet this great person, Justin or any of his friendly drivers.​

We initially got the location confused for another Sinclair gas station across the highway, but the driver called us a few minutes before departure time to see if we were still on our way. Such a nice service to provide to us travelers! My second experience with the St George shuttle was I myself taking the morning shuttle to SLC airport. I parked in the side lot and waited a few minutes until the shuttle arrived at the gas station. The driver didn't see me at first so she hopped back in the car and drove over towards the lot that I was parked in. I flagged her down and she actually offered to bring the shuttle to me instead! So kind :) So far I'm really enjoying the amenities of the shuttle. Water, WiFi, and charging parts galore! I will definitely be using St George for travel again in the future.

I texted the number for this place a couple of days ago to schedule a pick up to take me to the airport for Feb 9th at 3:00. Sue (the owner) answered my text and set up said pick up time with me. The 9th came, and in the AM I texted to be sure we were still on for 3:00 pm. (Iwas locates 12 miles from airport) Sue replied with "yes ma'am". So here I am, everything ready to go, and 3:00 comes, no sign of her, and no text or anything saying she was running late. I texted making sure she could find us okay, and nothing. I texted again at 3:14 stating that if she could not make it by 3:20 to just not bother. I have a plane to catch, I can't be messing around with lateness. So then I texted at 3:20 telling her to not even bother because I am not going to pay for a ride that couldn't even show up on time. Mind you, she never replied to any of the last 3 texts! NOTHING. If they were overbooked and unorganized, sorry--NOT my problem! You made a commitment to me to get me to the airport on time and didn't even have the decency to tell me you couldn't make it.
