There have been many issues, but today just really upset me. I begged my husband to go with me today because I lost my voice. I went in and waited for 30 minutes. When it was time for my appointment, the specialist came to get me and I started to walk back there with my husband and she quickly asked, "Ummm.. Is the appointment just for one of you?" She told me it was only me allowed back there and my other option was to leave. I did not feel comfortable going back there without someone with me. I had to cancel my appointment after days of waiting and a 30 minute lobby wait. In my 30 minute wait, I also watched the specialists awkwardly trying to force products onto people. They'd give them a long speech and then say they'd put the product at the desk without the customer even agreeing. THREE women I watched had to tell the person at the desk that they didn't want the product that was being forced on them. Is this new management or what? HORRIBLE atmosphere.

I had a basic pedi and a super extra mani with builder gel with metallic cat eye. I had two staff members working with me and they were very nice and gentle. What stood out to me was that they advertise builder gel and gel x services and that after my pedi, they bagged up my shoes for me. Also, when I was messaging with them on social media, they were very responsive and I really appreciated that. I'm currently on day one with these nails and I'm loving them . There is free parking outside. I think next time when I go, I'll probably ask for more detailed art and see what their nail artist comes up with. If they haven't already, it will be great if they put their nail artist names on the photos of the nail art that they worked on. It would be great for people who like to be super extra with their nails.

My, I am nothing about her look was professional she had on a hoodie the entire time definitely kind of sketchy. Also, she didn't make any conversation. All she did was ask me to put my legs up and if I can open them more. I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience.
