My appointment time was 11:15 I came in at 11:20 because I was stuck at a red light. The front desk girl informed me because I was 5 mins late she cancelled my appointment. And that if I waited 25 mins or reschedule we could do an 11:45 soonest. I've had never had an issues with other centers they follow their 9 min grace period and I kindly asked her and she just said that they don't do that at this center because it's owned by a different person ? I will not be returning I will go to the one in Richmond or Missouri because that is insane and especially when I tried different wax centers the Sugarland just happens to be the one closest to me.

I booked the $20 Brazilian wax and I guess the phrase you get what you pay for it really is true…read more Let's first start by saying I was 10 minutes late, which I did call to inform the Esthetician unfortunately their calls do not go directly in-house but to a overseas receptionist When I did arrive, the receptionist did not greet me nor did she introduced herself, but stared at the screen with her back to me to verify my name and asked me if I had wax before so she could gauge if she had enough time to still take my appointment. My, I am nothing about her look was professional she had on a hoodie the entire time definitely kind of sketchy. Also, she didn't make any conversation. All she did was ask me to put my legs up and if I can open them more. I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience. Definitely would not recommend the vibe is definitely not there, and I will not be back for sure. Also, may I add anybody may be 10 minutes late because most people are probably looking for a storefront but it's not it's in a salon suite. Might I add, also at the quality of these products are nothing special their basic things you can buy inside of a Walmart or a beauty supply store with no aesthetician license. and the after post wax things that she use are not pH balance for the bikini area. I am a licensed aesthetician, so take my word for it. "Esthetician" Name is Nikita

She made great conversation the entire appointment, kept everything comfortable, and never made it feel awkward. She's also pretty funny, which definitely helped me relax. Her name is Grace, and she truly lives up to it, she's just sweet as pie. Since this service is one where you can't exactly see what's happening, all I could really do was go by feel, and I could tell she was incredibly thorough. She took her time, made sure everything was clean, and even ensured there wasn't any wax residue left behind. I really appreciated the attention to detail. The service was only $32, and I happily tipped her $20 because she absolutely earned it. If you're considering booking with Grace, do it, you'll be in great hands!

All I can say is Winny gives the best facial in Houston.I think that it is a combination of her choice of skin care, her touch and her sweet spirit. Also she really educated me on why I should avoid certain things from my skin. I tend to go a little crazy sometimes. She is very gentle with extractions (and I had a ton to do) and the massage is to die for! I love it! I think I may have fallen asleep a few times. Her room is quite, very clean (which I am a stickler for), and I feel right at home. The prices are great too...much less than a big name spa, but with the same care and quality. I am kind of sad that I just found her because she is going to be out of commission for a few months. She said she will be referring all of her clients out to someone else while she is away. Hopefully when she returns I can see her again because my skin looks and feels so great after her treatment. I especially like the botanical based products that she uses.
