We did the full cup package so it wasn't cheap... so just know you're paying for the experience, not the ingredients as one other post calls out. :-) We had 19 kids and Kevin who was running the show did did a great job of wrangling that pack of crazies. We brought food and the parents kinda got kicked out of the main area which was great. We hung out in the mall and got to have some adult time (but were still close enough if the kids needed something).

This includes cutlery, water, juice as well. Every additional kid is $18. The place is safe for kids aged 0-5 and gives them space to run and enjoy while the parents can relax and sit and eat. That kind of energy doesn't happen by accident--and it's a direct reflection of Genessa, the manager. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and the way she supports and leads her team is truly impressive. You can feel it in every interaction. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It's actually good--which is rare for kids' party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Everything felt easy, joyful, and stress-free--which is exactly what you hope for when hosting a child's birthday. We left saying the same thing we did last year: why would we go anywhere else? The facility is newer and nicer there but the bigger difference is in the staff. I hosted a party here earlier this year and I had the hardest time getting hold of someone to talk to about the party. Each email and phone call had to be done repeatedly. I had almost forgotten about this but a friend just hosted here and mentioned the same issue I had. Additionally I noticed at the party there there was almost no staff at the bouncy house rooms. The would walk us to the room then disappear until the next room changed. However, two other pump it ups I've been to definitely always had staff watching over everything. Really hope they start training the employees to be more attentive and responsive to customers. Personally I wouldn't want to host at this site again.

It was pretty empty when we arrived so the girls took their time picking out a Halloween stuffed animal - my daughter went with a Zombie Axolotl and my niece picked the Frankenstein Cinnamoroll. We did not pick clothes or accessories this trip, but they both did a $5 scent. They had lots of stuffed animal options from a frog to a dinosaur to a monkey and even a bull. They had Bluey, Paw Patrol, Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon, Hello Kitty and even Stitch! They have some many accessories - shoes, roller skates, purses and even Halloween costumes for your new friend. The pricing for Build-A-Bear has definitely gone up like most places - I bought 2 stuffed animals with scents for $90! I get that not only are paying to take home something you essentially "build" and make come alive, but also the experience, but $90 for 2 stuffed animals is wild. Staff were very nice though and made the experience for both of the girls memorable. We'll be back soon to grab some accessories!
