Dr. Srinath and staff are amazing! I can't say enough. Always there for me when ever I need. Have I had to wait? Sure. That is at any good doctors practice but the wait is worth it! When you are with the doctor you are not rushed!! You don't feel like you are just a number to get in and out! They spend time with you. Answer any questions or concerns you have! Dr Srinath and her employees are the best. I have been coming here for over 14 years. Sometimes I only had to call to get help. I have an ongoing issue and they have kept me alive . I have had many , many infusions, and would never go anywhere else. From the office staff, the infusion nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors, I could never say enough good things about them. I have sent family and friends to this office also, and they were beyond pleased. I consider them my hero's . read more

I am a patient of this practice. Every single time I call them, after a 15 minute average on hold, a message comes to say " due to heavy call volume, our customer service is unable to take your call. Please call back." Whoever heard that from a doctor's office. Spend a few bucks a month and hire a live answering service to have your patients leave a message. in my case I tested positive for Covid 19 after being vaccinated. I feel fine, but I am also post-heart bypass surgery. I needed clear medical advice that I did not get. Great isn't it. They should be shut down for lack of care. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Srinath for 22 years. I currently live 3 hours away from her office and I continue to drive to her location and use their Tele-Med services. Why you may ask? Because she is be the best of the best in my book. I have been under the care of an Infectious Disease Specialist since 1983 and Dr. Srinath medical knowledge and skills far exceeds any Infectious Disease practitioner that I have ever seen prior to becoming her patient. I suspect, the naysayers reviews are selfish, self-serving individuals that expect immediate service, right along with immediate results. I have witnessed and listened to these types of people in Dr. Srinath's waiting room over the years and I am certain they are purely miserable individuals that no one could ever please. Just my opinion, but my opinion carries the weight of 22 years of satisfaction with Dr. Srinath, along with the entire staff of ID Consultants. If you're bitching about Dr. Srinath running behind on occasions, take a look beyond the end of your nose. She spends whatever amount of time she needs to with each patient and this ultimately causes her to run behind. If you want to be treated like cattle, ID Consultants is probably NOT a good match for your medical needs. read more

This office is disgusting and dirty. I was there for a week straight getting infusion. The front office staff is extremely lazy and not very smart. Completely unwilling to help patients. It was 4:45pm and they refused to get an authorization for my infusion for the next day because it was 15 minutes until closing. I work in the medical field, clinic and insurance, and I know it literally takes less than 5 minutes to get an authorization on Availity. They want to argue about your insurance and treat you like a thief. I have called twice to pay my remaining balance, the first time their system was down. Today, the girl asked my name and asked how much I would like to pay, I told her the entire balance, she then asked for my credit card number without even having looked up the account even though I gave her the info. So I'm going to pay and then you dont even know who the payment is for? I called back and asked to speak with the manager hoping she would be of more help. I have seen them walking around with a cordless phone and I asked her to go to the machine and enter the cc number instead of writing it down. She said she couldn't. The RN that is in school to be an MD is awesome, she is in the back doing infusions and inserts your midline, unfortunately she will eventually leave as she will graduate. Dr. Sunket Ahkee is awesome, honest and takes the time to talk to you. Unfortunately, the practice is only as good as the worst team player. read more

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I was scheduled for a Monday to have a pic line removed. The office called me in and expedited my appointment to the previous Friday at 2:00 pm. I was told that the doctor was five minutes away at the hospital and would be in shortly. Forty-five minutes later I was told the same thing. I heard the doctor wander in shortly before 3:00 pm and he told the receptionist that he stopped at Dunkin Donuts for a sandwich. I finally got to see the doctor. He told me that the nurses who would remove the pic line only worked mornings and I would have to come back on Saturday. My office visit amounted to nothing. My time was not valued, and I am home with the pic line still in me. read more

Terrible, terrible terrible! Let's start with a patient who is coughing up a lung, Everyday he comes in and to boot he takes his shoes off and rests his bare feet on the leg part of the recliner he is sitting in. I informed some workers and the Nurse Practitioner that in this day and age of Covid, it is very uncomfortable to have a patient in the same room continuously coughing. The answer I received was, "he is not contagious." I suggested that he be given his infusion in a private room so that the other patients, including myself are not fearful of this patient. Went to see the Nurse Practitioner and she said that everything looks better and that I will be discharged from my infusions on Saturday.Well, I was then told by the technicians the following day that my infusions will end on Monday, The reason being is "that's what the Nurse wrote only chart. Today, I was given a new port for my infusions, and I informed the Tech when the drip started that I is painful. She moved the port needle and the pain appeared to subside a little. An hour later I was started on my second infusion. I called the tech over and said this is burning and my arm is swelling. Well, my arm blew up like a balloon. I informed the tech to discontinue the infusion and I left. When you enter the facility on a weekend there is a male receptionist who asks the incoming patients t sign-in. He hands you a pen that he is holding. The pens is not disinfected, but passed to each patient. I bring my own pen. I will not go back to this place! read more

It's no wonder that the 3 other reviews also lambasted this place! My mother, age 95, was made to wait in the waiting room (along with 15-20 other people) for an hour and a half; when we went to use the restroom in the examination area we noticed that in the 7 rooms there was NOT A SINGLE DOCTOR, NURSE, OR PRACTITIONER of any kind. The area was COMPLETELY without any services. We immediately left and wondered how the staff could outrageously leave all those people just sitting there, with not a doctor in attendance! We returned a month later, paid the $50 co-pay, only to be made to wait 2 hours. She had gone there following a leg amputation at which time she was diagnosed with MRSA, a virulent infection, and was returning for a follow up diagnosis on the state of the infection. Dr. Srinath merely nodded her head and said, "Well, the sutured area seems to have healed." Well, ANY NINCOMPOOP could see that! We did not need to pay $50, wait for 2 hrs. for her to confirm the obvious and yet NOT EVEN TAKE A BLOOD TEST to get an update on the MRSA infection. I later called, DEMANDING the co-pay be refunded. NO SERVICE was rendered! For 2 months I pursued this, always being told that "the request was sent to billing; the Dr./owner has to approve it." Well, I'm still waiting. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS OFFICE NO MATTER WHAT. TOTAL RIP OFFS AND COMPLETELY INCONSIDERATE OF PATIENTS. read more
