I accidentally opened a door and set the alarm off 3 times in the first few weeks and received no calls whatsoever. I don't even believe that it is monitored! I think they are a big rip off with incredibly poor customer service. They get as much from you as they can as fast as they can and then you can't get in touch with them. All the while talking about how great their church is! STAY AWAY from them! Now I have to switch to another company (with integrity) and pay again to have their equipment installed.
