I have nothing bad to say about these folks. Almost everyone I have dealt with for the past two…read moredecades have been pretty easy to deal with and quite pleasant. There was that one time my checking got hacked and I bounced a check for $31.00 without knowing. The check was stolen out of a mailbox outside a post office, bleached, and rewritten for like $6k. It posted on 12-24, what a joy. They wanted $35.00 more as a fee for that check bouncing. They also told me I had to go to Hernando in order to get the fee waived. I argued, threw a little hissy fit, refused to pay the fee, and laughed at them because I already had the sticker and updated registration. They charge a fee to use a card, even a debit card (illegal btw) so that is why I write checks. I fully expected my kid to trade that car or for it to die, but what do you know, her husband drives it back and forth to work to reduce miles on his truck and it gets better gas mileage. So guess who payed all of the fines and bounced check fees??? Yep. Me. They also set me another nasty letter by certified mail. Can't catch me!! HA! Yes you can. It's not that hard. I am here 6 times a year at least with just the current vehicle line up. I really hope we can start doing this shit on the internet. We need some evolution here Mississippi!! Oh. One gripe. They charge me a EV sin tax for my car because I don't guzzle the petroleum. Lame as hell! I guess I probably still make out better than you folks guzzling that $3.75 gas (3-29-26). '26 - 44

Horrific company and worse than any other. This company cannot be trusted and should be avoided…read more Heather Winters should be fired for her role in taking our money and providing no services. We tried to switch our home and auto with the help of Heather Winters only to find out she is a liar and thief. We provided everything she ask for and after weeks of going back and forth she tells us they cannot cover our home because it is a modular / manufactured home. I do think that's discrimination but just figured we would go somewhere else that actually wanted the business. She couldn't even be professional enough to call, instead she sends an email with some BS. Then I get an email saying they would refund the full amount. Now she says no refund. This crook took our money and provided no services whatsoever. I will file a complaint with the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance and speak with our attorney. I hope everyone avoids this lazy woman and this crooked company.

I am still sitting in the office as I write this review. Correction, I'm still sitting in the lobby. In an uncomfortable chair, as is my mother. They have had her standing in the lobby for almost two hours asking questions and for personal information as people walk in and out. She was not taken back to an office. She's been left standing here. A co-worker walked in and made a comment to her "oh you had to pull up a chair huh?" To which I replied "well, we weren't expecting to be in the lobby for an hour. Most places take you into an office." The woman replied "oh she could have taken you back into an office." I complained about the chair, she offered to take me to the conference room. I said well hopefully you're about done. That was 45 mins ago. In 10 minutes we will have been here for two hours. NEVER COME HERE!

At one time I thought that FARM BUREAU INSURANCE COMPANY was some very good Insurance. Until I…read moreneeded them and was forced to file claims with them. Run as fast as you can people!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM FOR NO INSURANCE NEEDS! I had multiple policies with them. I truly feel that they're PREDJUDICE Because of the way I was treated especially the way my rude insensitive adjuster, Tyler Blanko treated me. I had to keep calling him for updates on my claim and whenever I did, he talked to me like I wasn't shit! Very unprofessiona! Not to mention he had me go through this extensive investigation including and examination under oath, had me gathering all of this unnecessary documentation only to DENY my claim for some bullshit ass reason. That had nothing to do with my actual claim nor investigation. Then they CANCELED my auto insurance for NO AT FAUGHT CLAIMS! I had insurance with this bullshit ass company since 2013. Went several years without having to file a claim but the minute I needed them and had to file claims they CANCELED me! I've never felt so humiliated and used in my entire life! Whats the purpose of having insurance and when we need it or need to file a claim especially a NO FAUGHT CLAIM, YOU CANCEL MY COVERAGE! Not only dLes this inconvenience you as a consumer it causes you to get higher quotes/ rates with other insurance companies! They even canceled my rental insurance policy for no reason at all! I'm going to fight them to the highest degree! I haven't had the time or the mindset to fight nobody with all that I have been going thru over this past couple of years, however today is the day! I also expressed that to them as well! If I could give them a NO STAR, I WOULD! This Insursince Company don't deserve a 1 STAR! Lastly, they will DENY YOUR CLAIM, without giving you a reasonable explanation as to why they denied your claim! I REPEAT DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE, INSENSITIVE & UNPROFESSIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY! Because they're prejudice and the minute you file any claims with them whether It's your fought or not your fought THEY WILL DENY YOUR CLAIM AND CANCEL YOUR POLICY/POLICIES FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!!!

Over time I got married, replaced vehicles, and bought a house with my husband. State Farm's rates were very competitive with other options we looked into, and provide an amazing value when bundling! Not only that but you won't find a team better than this one in Memphis! Last weekend our brand new car was broken into... we had 2 windows busted out and the back seat damaged. The frustration that comes with being the victim of a robbery/break-in is beyond words. We worked so hard to buy a new vehicle just to have someone selfishly destroy it for little to no gain for them. The morning after it happened, I seriously felt NO sense of security. Calling State Farm (specifically talking to Wendy) was the BEST thing that happened to us all week. She took care of the claim immediately without me lifting a finger, and TRULY CARED about us. Not only that but she went above and beyond by doing research for me even after the filing the claim. My wallet was stolen in the incident, and that meant no drivers license to get a rental car. Wendy was able to get me approved for Uber reimbursement while the car is being repaired (which I didn't even ask for but she found that as a solution anyway)! Seriously so thankful for Wendy, Steve Womack's team, and State Farm! I will refer friends and family to this group for years to come. Stay happy & safe, Memphis!
