Over time I got married, replaced vehicles, and bought a house with my husband. State Farm's rates were very competitive with other options we looked into, and provide an amazing value when bundling! Not only that but you won't find a team better than this one in Memphis! Last weekend our brand new car was broken into... we had 2 windows busted out and the back seat damaged. The frustration that comes with being the victim of a robbery/break-in is beyond words. We worked so hard to buy a new vehicle just to have someone selfishly destroy it for little to no gain for them. The morning after it happened, I seriously felt NO sense of security. Calling State Farm (specifically talking to Wendy) was the BEST thing that happened to us all week. She took care of the claim immediately without me lifting a finger, and TRULY CARED about us. Not only that but she went above and beyond by doing research for me even after the filing the claim. My wallet was stolen in the incident, and that meant no drivers license to get a rental car. Wendy was able to get me approved for Uber reimbursement while the car is being repaired (which I didn't even ask for but she found that as a solution anyway)! Despite years of loyal patronage, the level of…read moreservice received during my 2023 tax filing preparation was shockingly inadequate, and his dismissive attitude and neglectful behavior, was simply unacceptable. After providing all necessary documents well in advance (late February when he said he was not busy), Mr. Parker repeatedly failed to respond to emails and calls, leaving me scrambling to meet the April 15th deadline. His office also lied on multiple occasions that he was working on my return when he was not. Mr. Parker neglected to file my extension (that he insisted that I do) as promised in a meeting with him just three days prior to Tax Day. His lack of communication culminated in a last-minute referral to another service provider 45 minutes before they closed, causing undue stress and financial strain. It is abundantly clear that his influx of 700 new clients has overwhelmed his ability to fulfill his obligations to existing ones. I emailed him and gave him the opportunity to make this all right but was told by his office staff, a couple of days after Tax Day, that he did not want to do my taxes. The only thing that I did to have him let me go as a client, was to follow up multiple times until I reached his office on Tax Day to inquire about my extension (which he also lied about filing). I implore prospective clients to reconsider entrusting their financial affairs to such unreliable hands.

I was in an accident over the weekend and first thing Monday they called me to check on me. They know my whole family by name and site. I have many types of insurance with them and I would not consider anyone else. One time an agent took $10 out of her own pocket because I was short on my insurance money. I had been really ill and out of work because of it. I went to pay not realizing I was short. She was so kind and understanding. Wouldn't even let me pay her back later. It was a very kind thing to do that most people would not even consider doing. I cannot say enough good things about this office.

I believe this might be one of the best examples of lack of attention to detail and service I have…read moreever experienced with an insurance company. First, they insured the WRONG car; a car I have not owned in years! They did not set up the auto payments as instructed...months later, I got cancelled for a "no-hit" on my driver's license which has been provided to them several times yet THEY continued to enter it incorrectly in the system. Then, they submitted a premium payment request from the mortgage company that over $1,000 higher that our contractual agreement causing a spike of over $400 in my monthly payment...no notice...no warning...no grease! Yep, more apologies...this happened in March and this is mid-June; fast forward, no check has arrived for the escrow problem THEY CAUSED. I have spoken to almost EVERYONE BUT the owner! They make promises and apologize and then...nothing! So NOW they want to write a new policy for my car but oh, get this...I need to make a down payment. How about you give me my refund on the non-existent policy that I have been paying for months and I will use that! Just got off the phone with them AGAIN. They are not going to make any restitution for the non-existent policy that THEY wrote because, although they insured the wrong car, they claim that, had I experienced and incident, they would have covered my car because it was their error. Nothing has gone well with them...Nothing but a total headache of an experience with them. I recommend that you find representative who takes ownership for their errors. That's four things/mistakes in less than three months...
