First, they insured the WRONG car; a car I have not owned in years! They did not set up the auto payments as instructed...months later, I got cancelled for a "no-hit" on my driver's license which has been provided to them several times yet THEY continued to enter it incorrectly in the system. Then, they submitted a premium payment request from the mortgage company that over $1,000 higher that our contractual agreement causing a spike of over $400 in my monthly payment...no notice...no warning...no grease! Yep, more apologies...this happened in March and this is mid-June; fast forward, no check has arrived for the escrow problem THEY CAUSED. I have spoken to almost EVERYONE BUT the owner! They make promises and apologize and then...nothing! So NOW they want to write a new policy for my car but oh, get this...I need to make a down payment. How about you give me my refund on the non-existent policy that I have been paying for months and I will use that! Just got off the phone with them AGAIN. They are not going to make any restitution for the non-existent policy that THEY wrote because, although they insured the wrong car, they claim that, had I experienced and incident, they would have covered my car because it was their error. Nothing has gone well with them...Nothing but a total headache of an experience with them. I recommend that you find representative who takes ownership for their errors. That's four things/mistakes in less than three months...

The agency spent a month to process my files and ended up not taking care of anything and had my policy canceled? And the reason being "I have not provided necessary information to complete an underwriting review of your spouse". This is ridiculous since State Farm definitely has my husband's information. He has been with SF for at least 5 years now.... The incompetency and inefficiency of this agency is just shocking. Edit: I had two calls with this agency (the lady named Angel) and I have provided my husband's information, I also shared the other SF agency's that is in charge of husband's insurance. Moreover, I emailed the agency but never got any replies. The reason I didn't attend the zoom call is because at that point I just gave up and decided to switch to another agency. I believe canceling one's policy is a big deal. A good agency will definitely email or text you first before canceling your policy just because you missed 2 calls. Also I did call back but nobody picked up. The SF agency I switched to was also shocked at how unprofessional this has been handled and that it bas caused so much confusion for all parties involved. Once I switched to another SF agency, my coverage is updated within 2 days :)

Not only that but you won't find a team better than this one in Memphis! Last weekend our brand new car was broken into... we had 2 windows busted out and the back seat damaged. The frustration that comes with being the victim of a robbery/break-in is beyond words. We worked so hard to buy a new vehicle just to have someone selfishly destroy it for little to no gain for them. The morning after it happened, I seriously felt NO sense of security. Calling State Farm (specifically talking to Wendy) was the BEST thing that happened to us all week. She took care of the claim immediately without me lifting a finger, and TRULY CARED about us. Not only that but she went above and beyond by doing research for me even after the filing the claim. My wallet was stolen in the incident, and that meant no drivers license to get a rental car. Wendy was able to get me approved for Uber reimbursement while the car is being repaired (which I didn't even ask for but she found that as a solution anyway)!
