I have many types of insurance with them and I would not consider anyone else. One time an agent took $10 out of her own pocket because I was short on my insurance money. I had been really ill and out of work because of it. I went to pay not realizing I was short. She was so kind and understanding. Wouldn't even let me pay her back later. We tried to switch our home and auto with the help of Heather Winters only to find out she is a liar and thief. We provided everything she ask for and after weeks of going back and forth she tells us they cannot cover our home because it is a modular / manufactured home. I do think that's discrimination but just figured we would go somewhere else that actually wanted the business. She couldn't even be professional enough to call, instead she sends an email with some BS. Then I get an email saying they would refund the full amount. Now she says no refund. This crook took our money and provided no services whatsoever. I will file a complaint with the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance and speak with our attorney. I hope everyone avoids this lazy woman and this crooked company.

I am having my auto insurance canceled after 16 years with Allstate and at least half with this office. I have NEVER seen or spoken with the agent. I have sadly had 6 claims since 2015. Only two were my fault when I rear ended someone and another when my car rolled forward into another vehicle The others involved a deer, an object on the interstate at night, me being rear ended which had to be settled in court and another vehicle hitting me in a parking lot. The ~$14,000 paid during this time is significantly less than what I have paid in premiums. More proof that using insurance is harmful .... despite paying for it.
