I still cant believe I left patchy and or have so much ripped hairs that I can still feel :((( I really believe if she gets better she will go so far but she needs practice. Karli is wonderful! She's personable, has humor that I can vibe with, & skilled in her work. I noticed a few people mentioned pain and wanted to mention that may vary based on your pain tolerance and the esthetician's experience or ability. Karli is great and I barely experienced anything yet which is also i prefer sugaring over typical waxing :) What I thought was a unique perk as a first time customer was that she offers a free touch-up within a week of being seen (to support minimal growth apparently!). From seamless appointment booking through text all the way to the service, I can't recommend Lady Lam enough. Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. She is a wonderful listener and her studio space is well appointed. I also have for a couple facials with her and they were so relaxing! The prices for all of her services are very reasonable for the service that lasts for a long while. You will need to book with her well in advance (month + recommended) because she is in high demand. I'm going to continue to go to her for sugaring and facials until who knows when. Highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Their tanning spray looks so natural compared to other places I've tried (or know those who do) and the difference between having someone who really knows their stuff is amazing. I don't have super high expectations, but I DO expect to NOT have to go home and finish the job for you. That happened here. I shouldn't have to pluck hairs from my eyebrows & lip immediately following my appointment. I tried this place three times, w/different techs, and this occurred all three times. During one of my appointments they took WAY too much off one side which was shocking.....and embarrassing. That was my *last* appointment with them. **NOTE: I have reviewed the businesses response to my post and it's incorrect. My skin does redden easily (I'm a redhead) but it doesn't exempt it from hair removal. Plus - if skin sensitivity was an issue, wouldn't / shouldn't their tech have said something to me since they're sending me home w/hairs still visible? Wouldn't my facialist have said something by now (she hasn't). I've been seeing her every two weeks for 10 years. And I've had my brows waxed for 30+ years. It IS possible to do it correctly.......

I had a basic pedicure with regular polish and a buff and shine on my fingernails, while my granddaughter had acrylics and Gel X based on a photo she brought in. What stood out to me was their willingness to make adjustments. When I wanted my nail shape changed or felt the polish needed a little touch up, they fixed it right away, no questions asked, and even apologized. My granddaughter showed them a photo of what she wanted. Throughout the appointment, they checked in with her and made adjustments based on her feedback. The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and were willing to make changes along the way until she loved the result. (The photo here is before they finished and cleaned her hand up). Reading some of the negative reviews, I wonder how many people communicated their concerns during the appointment. In my experience, if you speak up, they genuinely want to make it right. They can't fix something if they don't know you're unhappy with something. The salon felt clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was a hot day outside, but the inside felt cool and comfortable the entire time. I occasionally noticed staff helping other customers while I was there, but I never felt neglected and the delays were brief. For me, a salon visit is a chance to relax, so it wasn't an issue at all. If I had been in a hurry, I believe I could have communicated that and they would have accommodated me. Overall, I found the staff kind, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this team stood out. They listened, cared about the outcome, and made sure we left happy. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reasonably priced salon experience.
