We had received several quotes to install a pool in our back yard. All but Icon said that it either couldn't be done, OR were arrogant and displeasing to deal with. Icon wasn't the lowest quote, but was far from the highest. We went with Icon because we felt Casey and his wife, Kelly, were good and honest people. Turns out they were more than that. Casey, the owner of the company, was here nearly daily working and getting muddy with his crew. He is truly passionate about his family of workers and his trade. If he says something it is the honest truth. The job was done in a timely manner and the pool is BEAUTIFUL! I cannot give more than 5 stars, but if I could, I would. Furthermore, the text string messages of these conversations proves the exact opposite. Strange that you'd rather complain about a negative review than simply fix the problem. I didnt know a back flow from skimmer. In comes Icon. I get a weekly clean and chemical balance and feel secure if something really bad happens, they'll bail me out. They are very reliable and do a good job. I'm extremely picky about keeping it clean; I appreciate them. read more

Very nice people, very helpful and pricing on chemicals was $75 cheaper than the other pool company I have bought from. The only reason I did not give them a five is they don't do private pool service in my area so can't comment on pool cleaning. read more

We loved them at first. Great service, low cost, took great care of our pool. This is our 3rd year of using them and we have been really disappointed in the service. The weekly services have been less than impressive. There are now extra charges for opening and closing the pool. We are now expected to take care of certain things before other services will be done. The entire point of having a company come service is so we don't have to do these things. If we knew how or wanted too, we wouldn't need a company. Recommend asking lots of questions before using. read more

I called today regarding a Pentair Pool heater after the Pentair company told me that they repaired heaters in my area. The person answering the phone asked if I wanted to purchase another heater and I said no I needed to have this one checked and repaired. They told me that they would get back with me. About 4 hours later they called and told me that they could not come because it was more than 20 miles away. This was not true it is 14 miles to their address from my home. I think that after saying I needed repair rather than purchase they were not interested also they advertise that they work in Overland Park, Kansas and that is surely father than So KC from Belton. read more

Pool guy came by banging hard on the door. He didn't look happy about being there to begin with. Took 5 minutes to locate the gate key at which time he said he had to leave for his next customer (after 5 minutes??) Very rude, overall Icon gave me a frustrating experience. Plus I saw they charge $135 for a part I found online for less than half that cost. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else like Walley Pools. They sent someone right over who kindly explained everything. Wally's gave me the best experience and is very cost effective. read more
