Dr E is great, trustworthy, compassionate and strong clinician. The office is clean and short walk from bart, i really enjoyed coming here even though I don't live going to a dentist in general. read more

Clean, modern and friendly atmosphere. I always have trouble getting x-rayed but they were super gentle and patient. I filled out all the paperwork online beforehand and it was a breeze. They're right in the financial district so if you're close to BART, definitely the best way to get there. Just a short walk from Montgomery station. read more

The best cosmetic dentist in the entire Bay Area! I've been coming here for over 10 years! Dr Maya Eydelman and her entire team are driven by a standard of excellence . I've had cleanings, fillings, Invisalign treatment and most recently chair side composite veneers on my front 4 teeth, right before my wedding (talk about trust!). I was always self conscious about my front teeth being a bit short and I would constantly zoom into pictures and obsess over them. Dr Maya is amazing, she listened to my concerns and didn't dismiss me and tell me "they're fine". So happy that I made this decision and highly recommend!! read more

The best dentist I have ever been to! I go all the way to SF because Dr Edelman is that goo!

Dr. Rabinovich referred me to Dr. Maya for implants crowns. I was very happy for this referral as I've been working with Dr. Rabinovich for the last few years (had several implants with him) and I've been very happy with his services. Anyway, Dr. Maya didn't disappoint at all! Her services are great as well, she's very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, knows what she's doing and she is very straight forward and transparent which I like! Her assistant Yelena is great too. Yelena is kind, polite, professional and very well trained! Unfortunately, I cannot give them 5 stars because the front office staff is not as great or they weren't to me on my few interactions with them. I spoke with couple of them at the front desk by now and they were both short, rigid and not so polite not to say with an attitude. Few times I called for strictly urgent or necessary dental issues to fix, they rushed me and to cut me short they said they have problems with their computer (which is not a good excuse these days especially for a such a nice looking/luxury office) but will call me back. They never called back though. I'm a respectful person and considerate to everyone's time (I'm a business woman myself), but even if I wouldn't be there is not a reason not to be respectful and kind (the least) when you're in client service! read more

This was difficult for me because I am not fond of the dentist but Dr Maya is far the best.

Dr. Maya Eydelman is a fabulous dentist. She sculpted my implants by hand to make them perfect and her attention to detail is fantastic. She honestly cares about making patients happy and doing what she does with perfection. The office staff is very professional as well as friendly. read more

Dr. Rabinovich referred my wife to Dr. Maya for installing permanent set of teeth on implants he installed . That was great referral since both offices near by and you could walk from one office to another and in reverse if needed. Dr. Maya and her wonderful staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. We went through entire process of creating prototypes to the final extra class titanium teeth set and we where treated extremely well. Now when it is all done result is phenomenal, beautiful and functional set of teeth that will last for a long time. Thank you very much for this great service and positive experience. read more

I needed to get a lot of dental work done recently and Dr.Eydelman at Icon Dental came highly referred to me. She is a cosmetic dentist so she's highly skilled at ensuring your smile looks the absolute best. I love her conservative approach in regards to preserving your natural teeth. She's also very upfront and transparent about pricing and shows you different treatment and cost options. All the office staff are a hoot too. I always enjoy my visits here, and the office is super swanky too. I had a few rounds of internal whitening, 3 fillings, and 2 veneers done by Dr. Eydelman. This all happened in less then 6 months and all of the procedures were painless delivered with the highest level of patient care. Thank you Dr. Eydelman for helping me conquer my fear of the dentist chair! read more

She's perfect! Very detailed oriented, kind, personable, and a perfectionist. What more can you ask for?! She did an amazing job with my bonding after my invisalign treatment from my dentist. I've gone back a couple of times (after two years) to make minor adjustments with no issues. She's patient enough to allow me to live with my new smile to see if any changes are needed and she encourages me to come back for a refinement if I'm not happy. She takes her work seriously and is always striving to do the best work to ensure you are happy with the results. I can't recommend her enough. read more

I have never liked going to the dentist (or had anything great to say about an appointment), until I came to Icon Dental. They genuinely want you to feel good, look good, and they find ways to save you money whenever possible. For example, I had a stain on one of my front teeth, and found a way to fix it for $100 (my insurance covered 90%) when I asked about getting a veneer. They also did a great job with my Invisalign and made sure I was super happy with the results. Marissa is super great to work with too, and always makes scheduling and insurance super easy. She has a personalized approach to everybody who comes in. Can't say enough positive things about the staff! read more

Unfortunately, I had been referred by a close friend but unfortunately was handed off to an employee-dentist who appeared to have been trained on my crown. After 5 visits, she had finally managed to cover up my root canal that eventually needed attention. I'm sure that the owner is great, but not every patient is that lucky. The last cleaning appointment had been cancelled with the next alternative date in four months. It's a busy practice. Be careful who does your work. Otherwise, I'm sure it's great. read more

Dr. Eydelman did an AMAZING job bonding my 10 front teeth this summer. She's a true artist! Bonding is expensive with any dentist, but I ended up feeling like the results were well worth the cost, and she was definitely the right provider for me - for sure she is unusually talented with cosmetic dentistry. She was recommended by my excellent orthodontist (at Bella Smile). Great staff, too - shout out to Marissa in the front office - she's a super positive, helpful, and energetic person and I'm sure is someone everyone likes! The only things that could have improved my experience were a clear communication system (like raise your left hand when you need a break) and better pain control. Dr. E. and her assistant have incredible stamina - they worked on me all day! So I did struggle with really needing the restroom but having trouble signaling that with all the stuff in my mouth. Also Dr. E. wasn't super eager to give numbing shots, I think she said because they compromise the "after" photos with droopy, numb lips. But my mouth was really quite sore, and the day would have been notably better for me if I'd insisted on early pain control. Overall, I believe Dr. E. is the best in the business for cosmetic dentistry. She's going to make you look great. Would highly recommend and would eagerly go back! Thank you to everyone at Icon Dental for my good experience. read more

Can you please answer your phone or emails? I have tried unsuccessfully several times now to reach you to schedule a cleaning.

Wonderful is all I have to say. Engaging, personable staff. They remember you, know you, and honestly seem to care. If you work downtown you should definitely give them a try. read more

I've had my teeth seen here for the past 3 years and I'm happy with the service I received. Looking forward to revisiting. read more

Took a long hiatus from writing, but am back just to review Dr. Maya. She is truly an Artist and a professional. A year ago she did bonding on my 2 lateral incisors and reshaped a few top teeth to give me the Hollywood glam look. That was a wonderful experience, but a year later, after feeling out my new look, I decided I wanted to make some slight adjustments. I went back somewhat hesitantly, but Dr. Maya wasn't annoyed in the least. Instead she really took her time to have a conversation, listen to my concerns and give me honest feedback. We even tried out the proposed adjustments using markers, selfies etc. Another great experience! Dr. Maya is professional female Goals AND she's hilarious to boot. I wish she was my regular dentist, but my insurance doesn't work here. Shout out to Marissa at the front too. She is cool people and makes you feel like a million bucks. read more

OMG THIS PLACE changed my life! I went from 0 to Hero overnight basically when I got a dual implant in my bottom lip. SSSHEEEESH! PICS LATER but literally went from hillbilly to actor/model/rapper/singer overnight! it was a complicated process because my previous surgeon had arthritis and lopsided the foundation, but magic was made and my girl was able to work the angle with her special toolies and made it work! 4 MONTHS LATER AND IM ABOUT TO BLOW UP on the streets. super grateful and wish i did the review earlier but the implant is holding strong !!! much love more love read more

I really like Maya, she's personable and realistic with what she can do. She will never try to sugar coat or oversell you on any procedures. These people changed my life. I have hated my smile since I was a little girl. I never smiled in pictures with my mouth open. I came to Dr. Eydelman and she was an artist. She knew exactly what I needed to do to fix my smile with cosmetic bonding. She is a perfectionist and made sure I LOVED my new look. Helping her was a woman who I believe is named Yelena or Elena, she was lovely as well! So kind and encouraging. This team is awesome and with insurance the price was great. I am as picky as they come, and I am pretty much never happy with anyone or anything. I am a difficult one to please in every possible way- so I've been told all my life. Dr. Maya is everything you could possibly want in a dentist. She's extremely professional, cut throat, and a stickler for everything being 150% perfect. We make a great match because of her traits. I've been treated for Invisiline, bondings, cavities, dental cleanings, a crown and zoom whitening in her office. I am extremely happy with everything she has done. I wanted a Hollywood smile and she definitely delivered. She was easy to work with and was very patient with me. She has always made me feel comfortable- she will walk me though everything to expect and talk to me through each step as she does her work. My favorite phrase from her is: you are in control and you let me know if anything ever feels uncomfortable. It's tough to find someone like that and it's even tougher to find someone to trust. The office is always clean and everything is very up to date. The newest of everything. The only downside is booking availability because of how desirable and in demand she is. As for billing, Marissa is very straight forward and knows exactly what she's talking about. There is no guessing games with insurance when it comes to her. read more

I'd been having teeth trouble for the past several years. I knew I needed a lot of work. I tried the Dental School route. After lots of visits, they wanted to yank all my teeth out and make me a full set of false teeth. I really didn't want to commit to the removable fake choppers, so I pulled back. I spent a long time researching these "Affordable new teeth in a day" operators that promise implants and teeth all in one day. I had reservations. I found a place called San Francisco Dental Implant Center. Dr. Alex Rabinovich at the Implant Center has impeccable education and qualifications. All my research pointed to this place as being a world-class clinic with qualified oral surgeons. They worked out a plan to put six titanium posts in the top and six in the bottom, and put me on a path that would lead to a complete set of new teeth. I'd need surgery to remove my teeth and install the titanium. I decided to go for it. During my operation, Dr. Rabinovich installed a new set of temporary teeth. When I'd healed from the surgery, and my titanium fused with my bones, I got moved up to Dr. Maya Eydelman, a state-of-the-art dentist and implant reconstructionist at Icon Dental. The staff at Icon made me feel like family as soon as I walked in the door - Shout out to Marissa, who made me feel like one of her special buds. Dr. Maya explained the precise engineering and design we'd need to create a new set of teeth. Dr. Maya dives right in- she's got her moves down, and she knows what she's doing. Her confidence and ability inspire confidence in me. I know I'm in good hands. She keeps me informed on what we're doing, and why. As the process went along, I decided to go for the best option available, and configure a set of zirconium teeth. They're diamond-hard ceramic, never wear out, and can't chip or discolor. They stay in for the rest of my life. They're Beverly Hills teeth. I finally got the finished product installed a few days before Christmas, and I've got to say, they're everything I'd hoped for. Look great, feel like my own teeth, and there's nothing they can't handle. Plus, I've eliminated all the health-related issues that my old teeth would've caused me. I gave myself a great Christmas gift; and I'm starting off 2021 way better than I was when I started 2020. So, thanks to Dr. Maya and all the dedicated dental professionals at Icon Dental. Icon is clean, masked, and socially distanced. They are easily accessible by both bus and BART. read more

I had high hopes for this office given its reviews. I even left a dental office I've known for years because they looked so appealing. However, I cannot say positive words about this place. First, the Dr. that everyone raves about was not who I was scheduled with, to my dismay. Dr. Baum was my dentist instead and I regret that I had her. Coming from someone in patient care myself, I wish she had better bedside manner and gentler hands. At times she would get me to turn my head in different directions by hooking her finger and pulling on the side of my mouth. Think a hook in a caught fish. She also scolded me for closing my mouth when it was tired while she was trying to troubleshoot a fussy tube of bonding gel for a temp crown. Who yells at their patients? Lastly, the only words she spoke to me were to introduce herself and to let me know the 1.5 hour procedure was over. I don't mean to be rude, and hate giving bad reviews, but can't recommend Dr. Baum at this site. read more

I'm writing in an update for Icon Dental, because I am constantly amazed by their outstanding customer care and the value they deliver to me. I chipped my front tooth yesterday; it was a big chip, about 1/4 of the tooth was gone. Not only did it look bad, but I also was scheduled to be on live video in front of thousands 1 day later. I walked down to Icon Dental, hoping I could get an appointment with this short notice. Marissa Hutchens (the best customer care consultant ever) said, why don't we just get this taken care of right now? Wow. Five minutes later I was getting bonding done to that tooth and feeling grateful for such immediate service. At some point during the experience they brought in Dr. Maya and she shaped this fix so well that it was perfect. In addition, she did some small changes to my other teeth and my entire smile looks brighter and better than ever. I can't wait to give my video performance later today as I feel more confident than ever. It just looks great! Thank you Icon Dental, Marissa and Dr. Maya. You stand by your work, and your customers by going beyond what is expected in service, in value and in excellence. read more

The BEST! I followed Dr. E from the Dental Suite where she had her practice for a few years. Her new office is gorgeous and everything is brand-new and state-of-the-art. What I love about this dentist and her office is not only how gentle she and her staff are, but how they work with you to get you the best care for the best price. I was in a couple of weeks ago for a deep cleaning and as I waited I overheard the good Doc tell one of her patients that she would be happy to send him copies of his x-rays so his new dentist in Manhattan wouldn't have to make new ones. Those things aren't free! I've never had a dentist go out of their way to make sure of something like this or even offer. On a personal note, Dr. E is a very cool lady who always makes me smile. I can't say that for a single dentist or doctor I've ever had. Rosie at the front desk is awesome too. Icon Dental accepts Delta Dental PPO. If you have other coverage it doesn't hurt to call and ask if they accept it. Maybe they do? Parking sucks in the area. If you have to drive I suggest parking at Sutter-Stockton garage. It's a few blocks but nice to walk if you love downtown like I do. Just plan for the extra time of parking and walking. There is also parking around the corner but when I parked there it took 15 minutes for them to take my car and another 15 to bring it back, then cost $20. read more

Can not rave about Dr. Maya enough. She is an artist in her own right. A perfectionist, she transformed my peg lateral incisors and gave me the smile I've always dreamed about. I went in for a consultation months ago and picked her brain about the entire procedure and she was more than happy to answer my questions with enthusiasm :D Her front office staff mean business and expect you to have your s*** together. As long as you do, you shouldn't have any issues with this office. Thank you Dr. Maya!! read more

I want to climb on top of a mountain and shout about how amazing this place is, but I have a feeling no one would hear me so here I am. I freaking love this place. This is the best dental office I've ever been to, no joke. Previously I've gotten some not-so-smart recommendations for my teeth, and it typically feels like I'm at a car dealership rather than a dental office. Dr. Maya at Icon Dental has been so refreshing to work with on my ortho plan. I also get my regular cleanings here. Those always go great as well. Oh yeah, it's super convenient to have dental and ortho all in the same office! AND HUUUUGE shoutout to Marissa in the front. She is a glass of sweet tea!! As a cherry on top, the office is beautiful and the equipment is up-to-date. Go here. You won't be let down. read more

Dr. Maya Edelman did an amazing job on functional and cosmetic improvements to my teeth. She patiently explained options and beautifully crafted an improved smile - I'm very happy with the results. Never a fan of going to the dentist, but at ICON they took care of me. The service at the front was great as well as procedure on my teeth. Location is convenient and equipment is new / good quality. Staff generally tries to be friendly, but I experienced poor communication and follow-through after discovering they over-charged my insurance after my first routine cleaning appointment. I discovered afterwards that they charged my insurance company for X-rays when I didn't even get them - or need them. I just moved here from out of state and already had my previous dentist send my recent X-rays, so they knew I didn't need them and we even re-confirmed that during my appointment. They gave me the run around, claimed it was too complicated to reverse, and said they would just not charge me the next time I got X-rays. To me, that wasn't an acceptable resolution. Thanks to my persistence, the charges finally got reversed and I have since found another dentist. read more

Dr. Maya and her staff are amazing! I've been with my former dentist since 2010 (7 years). When I had to reschedule my routine cleaning, they told me that they are booked for six months, and I would be at the mercy of cancellations. I didn't want to wait because I should get cleaning this month. I asked for recommendations, got 3, and after reading over 100 5 star reviews, I calked Dr. Maya's office. There happened to be a cancellation for the next day. The office feels like a spa. There's art. The interior is thoughtfully designed. The bathroom is huge and super clean (bigger than the closet I had when I lived in a studio). Everyone is professional. My hygienist had good bedside manners and took his time with doing the cleaning. Very attentive - no we have to get you out in 10 minutes feeling. And Dr. Maya was so ethical. She recommended that I wait on some services and for the things that I needed, she has a financial wiz to clearly state what the insurance will pay and what I need to pay. As a former Big Law attorney, this counts as one of the top five customer service experience I received. Thank you for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience. read more
