I enlisted in Olympia's 12 week program with a focus on specific goals that I wanted to accomplish to help improve my core strength, hip mobility with Mike Lefebvre. Mike customized a program that has tremendously improved all my goals, increased my strength and given me more yards on my goal swing (my true goal). Always followed up with ongoing communication (great accountability here) and was very flexible if I had to change my schedule. The entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, outgoing and professional. The gym is very clean and well organized. Decent schedule and variety. All instructors are great. Offers once a week free Zumba to check-out the gym. Separate room for women-only workouts, which is a nice option. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always looking to improve. A little pricier than other gyms in the area - if you aren't going to attend any classes, I am not sure if the added expense would be worth it. But if you like gym classes at all.... ABSOLUTELY worth checking out.

I think my favorite part about this gym is the excellent temperature control. Nothing's worse than a room temperature gym. All of the rooms for classes (each class has it's own room because the place is HUGE) are decorated, classy, and properly cooled. They have smaller sized changing room then is normal for most gyms, but it does have two showers, two bathrooms, and two sinks. Lockers and towels are free. There are plenty of machines, a room for women only, and from what I've seen it's never been too busy. 426 looks like a big warehouse, but they've done a really nice job with it. The manager, Paul, is also very nice - you can get a free 3 day pass to try out the gym and there are a ton of different priced membership/qasi-membership options depending on what you want to use the gym for. They have a parking lot off of Rosa street, with plenty of parking.

LAGREE CLASS: Challenging but doable, must try! 50 minutes of heart pumping strength & resistance training. Only 8 mega reformers so make sure you book well in advance though I was able to book same day. ***Be aware, their sessions are not full body, they focus on different muscle groups each day*** INSTRUCTOR: Elizabeth was my instructor- LOVED her! Unlike most studios, she actually went around to correct form (without putting people on blast) and instructions/transitions were crystal clear. Playlist was pretty good too! SERVICE: WOW! Took the largree class and will be coming back ! Upon leaving the owner was talking to a disgruntled client and I over heard ( she was a nurse who's been working this whole time and no symptoms so she hasn't gotten tested , Denise was very apologetic but said she would not be able to take a class seeing as how she's been exposed to covid at work ). Being in healthcare myself ( not working now )I can see both sides of the story but I think Denise made the right call considering People work out in close proximity/indoors .

Yes it is a business, but a business that is built on integrity, loyalty and professionalism. He doesn't hand out lollipops to the kids and adults in this dojo. He doesn't want to just take your money and turn out a student that thinks they know what to do but really doesn't. He wants the outcome to be faultless. He trains his students to be respectful of the practice. My daughter loves him and doesn't want to miss any classes - she goes to training 4x a week and loves it. It's a second family to her. Her confidence has immensely improved, and she is jacked now from all the hard work. She has placed first multiple times in her age category at martial arts tournaments under his tutelage. He has infinite patience when needed, but tough love when called for. This school and Mr. Rodrigues is no joke; he is very capable and competent. You will be hard pressed to find another instructor that is as competent and caring as Sensei Rui.
