I found the agent I was dealing with (David) to be aggressive, arrogant and dismissive. I certainly will not be dealing with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. They say they are returning my phones, when/if I do get them, I'll be checking their condition and IMEI carefully. I tried to sell two used phones to them, I was given a price for the Samsung S5, but after I had sent them they said they would offer EUR80 less that what they had originally quoted, because the phone was locked. When I informed them that I had sent the unlock code with the phone and asked what the offer was then, David became evasive and aggressive and said take the phones back. I politely tried to enquire what was the reason for the mark down, and what was the difference between locked/unlocked price, but he was unwilling to say and his response was take the phones back. I eventually did get a price, that again was well below what I was initially told. I said I would be happy to take the phones back. I found David to be short, dismissive, aggressive, impolite, and thoroughly unpleasant to deal with. I will sell the used phones elsewhere. Not about the money, it is about the customer experience, and customer satisfaction. And I for one was not a satisfied customer.

Didn't hear anything once order was placed. Sent email enquiring where order was on 10th January no response was received. After sending a Facebook message and a phone call on the 12th January we were told it would be sent out the following Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Surprise surprise still no sign of it after several unanswered emails and ignored Facebook messages and calls and absolutely shocking non existent customer service we requested a refund 4 weeks from the time order was placed. Wouldn't recommend them at all unless you enjoy being taken for a ride. Would give 0 stars if I could
