I've been to so many places that wouldn't work on it because the size was smaller than a 4 and I needed it to be around a 6. So many times I was told to "just get a new ring". If you are in the market for silver jewelry - come here. This is a very fun little (really little)…read moreshop that is run by Renee - a free spirit silversmith who makes what she sells. Mostly for sale are earrings, pendants, rings and toe rings. But - she will pretty much make what you want if you don't see it in her displays. Much of the design reflects the local area. So you will see mountains, flowers, peaches, bees, lavender, the sun and more in her designs. My favorite necklace is a sun shining down on a field of flowers. You will never get something more unique and more evocative of the beauties of the Valley than here at Casual Gal Silversmith!

From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. When they examined the ring, they didn't just do a quick assessment, they took the time to show us exactly how worn the band had become and explained our options in a way that was clear and honest. Their suggestion to place the diamond onto a new band was spot on, and we're so grateful we trusted their expertise. The craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. They polished the diamond to a brilliant sparkle and the new band is flawless, it honestly looks better than we ever imagined. It feels like we have a brand new, high end piece of jewelry with so much sentimental value preserved. On top of that, they finished the work faster than promised, which was such a pleasant surprise. And the price? More than fair, actually less than we expected for this level of quality and care. It's easy to see why Mesa Jewelers has such a strong reputation in the community. The owners are incredibly kind, honest, and truly passionate about what they do. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in every piece they work on. We are beyond thrilled with the entire experience and will absolutely be coming back for any future jewelry needs. If you're looking for trustworthy, skilled jewelers who go above and beyond, Mesa Jewelers is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

The first time I drove across town, they were closed at noon on a Saturday. Made the trip again…read morebecause they had beautiful things in the window. There was a very rude sign on the door about you can't look around or ask any questions. I took my chances and walked in. I asked the woman if it was ok if I looked around. She said that they were plagued by shoplifters and couldn't wait to get of this town. Worst vibe I have ever had while shopping in a local store. I bought a few things, (they do have some great stuff). Charged me extra for using a debit card. I won't be back, but I would have spent much more if it were a more welcoming environment.

The owner was a lady saying that they were open not closed, when I got in there, she asked me if I needed to mijo and I said I was just looking and not even five minutes after arriving into the shop I was told in a rude tone of voice by the owner of the shop, who was the only person in at the time that I needed to hurry up because my allotted time limit in the shop was almost over. They have a lot of stuff cluttered together so it's difficult to actually view everything within their supposed of allotted time limit I was told to prevent shoplifters when there was no one else even in the shop but myself I was wearing spandex shorts and a T-shirt, carrying my phone, money, and keys no place to hide or steal some thing I felt as if I was being accused of stealing or shoplifting within only under five minutes of being in the shop while the whole time the female owner was sitting on a phone not even paying attention I feel if they're going to do a timer maybe they should organize their store to not have as much merchandise clumped together, so people can easily see all the items that they supposedly have. Not only that you can tell some of the crystals have been what seems to be put back together as if it was broken and put together. I have never been in a Crystal shop or a rock shop or a spiritual type of shop where I've had such negativity and rude tone of voice from someone working within a shop and accusations that were false just walking in the door. I highly advise to stay clear of the shop unless you want to be rushed and accused if you're asked why there's a timer for you to be in the shop of shoplifting, also from what I saw many of the crystals in their condition were over priced for the short amount of time that I could see what they had. I recommend going to the other store in downtown Grand Junction called Crescent Moon spiritual goods. When I went to that location I asked if they had a timer for their customers that were there to buy goods and they said no so if you go there, you have time to look for the items and a friendly peaceful environment.
