Ici-Même est avant tout une cave à vins proposant près de 700 références de vins français et quelques vins étrangers, des pétillants, champagnes et spiritueux, avec une sélection importante de vins biodynamiques choisis chez des vignerons indépendants et des petits producteurs. Le soir, Ici-Même propose des vins au verre, à déguster en accompagnement de planches de charcuteries et de fromages. Prix des planches : 4€, 5€, 10€, 12€ ou 14€.

Established in 2014.

En 2012, Claire et Fabienne créent la galerie nomade Graphem et vont de foires en foires pour faire découvrir leurs jeunes artistes. Très vite, leur envie d'installer la galerie dans un lieu pérenne les pousse à imaginer un concept de lieu mixte, alliant une cave à vins et une galerie. Claire suit une formation de caviste durant un an dans ce but. Afin de rendre ce lieu convivial et vivant, elles font appel à Bertrand dont le double profil de caviste et de cuisinier amateur permet d'ajouter au projet la petite restauration pour le midi. Après 8 mois de recherches, ils posent tous les trois leur valises au 68 rue de Charenton dans le 12ème, dans le sympathique et dynamique quartier du marché d'Aligre et de la rue Ledru Rollin.

Imagine how delighted we were when we discovered that this bottle shop was only a ten minute walk from the apartment we rented! The place is pretty tiny, but they have a great selection. We did have a bit of a language barrier at first, since the owner didn't speak any English and my French is fairly limited, but once he realized that we are really into beer, he got pretty excited to help us and actually opened up the other tiny beer shop next door for us to take a look around. It's also part of Paris Saint-Biere and is well stocked with a great variety of American craft beers. Since we can get those at home, we didn't buy anything from that section, but we really appreciated the owner letting us in there! In the end, we chose some Parisian IPAs that ended up being very tasty. If for some reason you get tired of all the fantastic wine you're drinking in Paris and find yourself craving a good microbrew, you should definitely check out Paris Saint-Biere.
