Hello, ran it back today. My bestfriend thought they closed at 10 but when I looked online while we…read morewere headed there it said 9. So we called them around 8:15 to see if they were still seating people or when do they stop seating people and let them know we done the street. The lady on the phone said it's fine come on in. So we seated of course things were rushed which is understandable because people are ready to go home but it's like if we're not going to get decent service just say hey we want you guys to get the best service catch us again tomorrow cause this experience really is the exact opposite from first experience which I will still keep and add below this review. The drinks were out and flat. The menu says gratuity of 18% on groups 6+ but we were still charged that gratuity. We did hibachi sit down and didn't want any sides like the soup or salad so we could get straight to it since it's late but got extra charges for fried rice. I thought it would actually be included since it's hibachi. Then we realize everytime we come the prices or fees change but we always get the same thing. And the food was nasty. So we just boxed it up and headed out so we can go box home and throw it back on the stove or something, I don't know. I really just feel like this experience was due to it being late and everyone ready to go home. I've never had a bad experience here until today. My food and service is usually outstanding so the only advice I have is to never go too late or close to closing time outside of that service is usually great but not today tho. Previous review: Great food with quick and amazing customer service. I'm new to the area and this is my go to spot now. As soon as you walk in your greeted and seated right then and there. Love it here 10/10 highly recommend.

Hungry Station in McDonough is one of those places where I went in thinking I'd grab a little sushi…read moreand somehow ended up with plates stacked in front of me. LOL. I grabbed SOOOOO much sushi off the conveyor belt. If you like variety, this is definitely the appeal. Most plates are around $3, and you can grab 3 pieces of maki, 2 pieces of nigiri, a small slice of cheesecake, or little bowls of fruit like watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries, pineapple, or oranges. It makes it really easy to try a bunch of different things without committing to one huge roll. You can also order from the grill. The waitstaff seats you, takes your order, and brings your drinks, but then the fun part happens. Your food may come out on a robot or get driven over on these little vehicles running above the conveyor belt where the sushi is passing by. The whole thing has a slightly futuristic, space-age feel. Even the entrance plays into that vibe with the blue lighting. It's definitely different from your typical sushi restaurant. The bathrooms were clean too, which I always notice and appreciate. For me, Hungry Station is less about having one perfect sushi roll and more about the experience and being able to try a little bit of EVERYTHING. Good variety, fun setup, clean space, and I absolutely left full.

Perfect heat, crazy flavor -- hands down one of the best things we had. If you're a big crawfish fan this is a great place for all you can eat! And if you love shrimp... you're in heaven. My experience here in 2023 was nothing short of excellent. Beautiful architecture. Grand and pleasant feel. Great prices. Fresh sushi with excellent presentation for my boyfriend's birthday. Truly a hidden gem in McDonough. I have been wanting to go back! It was just that kind of place that we remembered fondly but things just never aligned properly to return. We had a nice quiet meal we never forgot. Service was fast, attentive, and kind. Sushi is his favorite food. Couldn't let him down and Yuki delivered. As far as the choice of sushi, we preferred the flavor of the nigiri and the sashimi to the maki rolls most. The meat was great and stood out on its own. So, if that matters to you, this is your spot. This large boat was worth every penny! Thank you for making this a memorable day for us!
