It was quite obvious , the customer in front of me and the customer behind me were both African-American... and were treated like royalty! I've used this pharmacy for 20 years, but I will not ever send another prescription to this place!! The last three times I've used this pharmacy there has been an issue. I had some dental work done 3 weeks ago , it took two days to get my anabiotic's filled . Then I was given a prescription for pain meds after the operation and that prescription was not filled for another two days! I've been getting the runaround all day today about a prescription ! I called at 1:46 PM, the lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I go to the drive-through window at 2:15 PM and she tells me it will be ready around 3 PM. Then I receive a notification on my phone from the Kroger app that tells me my prescription is now ready for pick up!

No one offered to pay for Instacart to deliver my items on the same day. At every turn it was I can't, or they won't and the only option is the refund. However, the refund won't arrive for 3-5 business days. So, unless I had an additional 80.00 in the bank, I would have to wait for the money to be refunded before I could reorder the food. It was not until I said I was going to contact HQ that the representative offered me a 15.00 coupon for my inconvenience. 15.00!!!???? After being put down because I called Imperial Margarine. After not receiving my items that I paid for. After not getting my items redelivered to me... 15.00???!!!!! After being chastised for wanting to cancel my boost membership because she said I was upset and should not be making these types of decisions when I am upset. 15.00????!!!! My next stop is the BBB because this is outrageous.
