Oh you know, you're throwing an event for 100 or 1000 people and chances are you need ice. And not the convenient grab-and-go kind from your friendly corner store, I'm talking the 2000-lbs kind that comes with its own ice man, dolly and truck. That's where Ice On Time came into frame. Last night, I ordered over 1500 pounds of crystal clear and very cool ice.
It's likely not very often where you might be looking to procure ice bags of 7, 10, 20, 40lbs, ice blocks, dry ice and more, but say you're having a wedding or whatnot, Ice On Time proved essential to the success of last night. A South Beach soiree sans ice would certainly be sinful. In Europe, maybe, but this is America and in ice we believe. After Mandy delivered the first 800 pounds (my initial order), I called him only an hour later with a request for 1500 more pounds. Just over an hour later, Mandy returned with the goods and hungry vendors tackled his supply.
