The bar itself if run by one or two helpers, the grandmother, daughters and granddaughter. The daughters run the pastry counter. They are very, very friendly and make great espresso and cappuccinos. A truly wonderful experience. Go have a graffe (donut) with a cappuccino and you will be in heaven!
