The eating area inside is a bit dark and quaint; They also got a foosball table from what I saw. Having said that, Coolside places more an emphasis on outdoor eating like most places in Downtown Palm Harbor, and it is actually really cozy and classy. I found it to be quite enjoyable! Honestly doesn't detract from the quality of the store at all. Food wise, the gelato was sweet enough to be good, but not too sweet to the point of being overpowering. It's creamy, and there's a reasonable variety of flavors here. Not much to say given it's pretty basic, but there's something to be said about the classics. Honestly, no complaints! Definitely give it a go sometime.

In a…read morebeach town that's surrounded by a lot of ice cream/candy shops, you need to serve a great product & that's exactly what they do here. What they lack in store size, they surely make up for in the variety of ice cream they serve. They've been around since 1999 which speaks for itself. With over 25 delicious flavor options, their ice cream is handmade with quality ingredients. They let you sample as many flavors as you'd like which is always the fun part. Some of their regular flavors are vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, rocky road & mint chocolate chip while their "gourmet" flavors have a lot more components to them. Red velvet cake, Heath bar crunch, Cookie Monster & cherry vanilla are just the tip of the iceberg. Whatever you choose, it's going to be loaded with ingredients & be some of the best ice cream you can find in the area. They also take pride in serving fresh waffle bowls/cones & mouth watering candies. Everything is homemade so you can taste the difference when you eat their chocolate. It's rich, creamy & super flavorful. Whether you get their fudge or some chocolate covered potato chips, it'll leave your mouth watering. Be sure to take a few minutes by their display case to see all the unique candies they offer. It seems like there's always a line when I drive by but they keep it moving. The employees are always super nice & they're very efficient. Parking can be a little tough because of the way downtown is set up but don't let that dissuade you. This place is worth waiting a few minutes for.

I ordered mango boba tea with lychee jellies, my husband got the s'mores brownies and my mother in law ordered a waffle with strawberries and Nutella with chocolate ice cream. They both stated that the items looked exactly like what was pictured on the menu! The waffle and boba tea were good! My husband did not like the brownie but he did like the s'mores topping.
