My base was quinoa and brown rice mixed. Some of my fillings were pineapple, edamame, seaweed salad, beet, to name a few. You can pick 6. They also have toppings which I picked crispy beets, almonds, to name a few. You can pick 4. The two sauces were cucumber wasabi and poke sauce which I picked to be on the side. It came out quickly and quite colorful. This bowl was ok but about 60 percent of it was quinoa and rice, and I would say maybe 15 percent was salmon and the rest were the fillings and toppings. I didn't really need the sauce which I don't love the flavors of. I just wish there had been more fish, but I think it was barely there. Ambiance is fine and clean and colorful.

Zapf's offers dozens of "fun" smoothies (and açaí bowls!) but the key here is they ALSO offer fresh ingredients, nutritional knowledge, and a willingness to help you create a "build your own" smoothie that fits your dietary needs. Chris & Kim were friendly and helpful, answered my endless questions, addressed my concerns, and allowed me to read labels. We came up with a custom smoothie that addressed my autoimmunity and was absolutely delicious! One note - someone here mentioned their smoothie was chalky. If you are accustomed to smoothies made with whey protein you will find plant-based protein is more gritty. It has nothing to do with the preparation; it's just how plant-based protein powder is. If you want that smoother "milkshake" texture, go with the whey. There are two spots on the road but there is more parking in back. Highly recommend!

First of all there is no price on their menu which is always annoying. Its more annoying when you find out that you just bought a $9 smoothie that you were not that thrilled about to begin with. Second off, all of their smoothies are are basically desserts. Most of them have names like fruity pebbles, smored, or strawberry cheesecake. If you look at what they list is in them too, its chocolate or cookie. I was looking for a smoothie place I could hit on the way home from work to keep me full and energized so I could hit the gym when I got home. This was not what I was looking for. If you do plan to come here, you won't find it without GPS. I must have driven past this over a hundred times since moving out here and I only found it because I looked them up on Yelp.
