This place has everything we need to fix the house and garden!…read more My only issue with this place is the choice of employees for the cash register in the garden department. The first time we went to check-out, the price of our items was $16.27. My mom gave the person $20.27 to get rid of some coins. Instead of simply giving us $4 in change, the person said "ay you gave me too much." Like, really? The second time we went, a different woman was completely neglecting us at check-out. She was confused about the plants. We bought four of the same kind of plant, and she insisted that the plants were different. They weren't. After she scanned all our items, she got distracted and went to the other cash register to do something. When she came back, she had to re-scan all our items. What a waste of time. The amount of stupidity here is amazing.

Lowe's had to place another order for the screen, which was not installed until 06/16/2026. There is a 2 inch gap between the screen and frame of the door, because the door was installed improperly. I have exhausted all patience with Lowes and the installers. I am waiting to see how they are going to rectify the issue. DO NOT ORDER DOORS FROM LOWES, AS THIS IS NOT THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE!

The people I was with thought it might be off gassing. Regardless, some air freshener and/or open doors/fresh air would help. It gave me a headache.

This was our third purchase with LL Flooring or whatever they go by now. And I think our last time…read morewith them or at least the Greenville location. I probably should have walked away from the purchase when I talked to the "sales person " in the first minute. But we had been planning this project for a while so I held my tongue and proceeded. . Discounts advertised by the barrage of emails I received daily disappeared and the "sales person" did us a favor and found $500 he could save us. Probably why our project was a disappointment and that's being polite... Valdez the installer did a great job on the flooring. The crew like the two previous times were polite quiet and professional. Cleaned up so you wouldn't know anyone had been doing work. The stairs are a total disaster. Granted they installed what they were supposed to and I blame the "sales person " for this. We were not informed the stairs would be a different color and material than the floor, the turn in our stairs was done in the flooring so we have two different colors on the stairs, the landing was capped off sort of with the outside not having anything done to it. So we essentially have three different colors for finish on the stairs. So yes I'd recommend LL Flooring for the floors but no way in hell would I ever contract for stairs again, and no way will I ever go back to the Greenville location to purchase anything. Best advice to anyone considering purchasing from LL Flooring , go to a different location and ask questions lots of questions and if the "sales person" doesn't know the answers in detail. Walk away fast. real fast.

Gentleman cleaning carts in the foyer was wearing a plastic splash guard, which is NOT a mask. His work there made a bottle neck, he was chatting with a couple (no masks) for more than 5 minutes. People has to squeeze past the three of them and the carts. The clerk bringing me my purchases did not wear a mask. I had him put the items in the back, and I had to tell him I would close the trunk. I came home and sanitized my items and left them in the garage, they will stay for 24 hours. The parking lot was packed, there was no one limiting the number of people entering the store. I am glad there is curbside pickup, it's too dangerous to shop there now.
