They genuinely value their loyal customers and always make each appointment such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. When I first started coming here, Tina did my lashes, and I looked forward to every appointment with her. Now, whether you see Jesse, Annie, or Hannah, you're in amazing hands. They take the time to discuss the style you're looking for and always make my lashes look natural, beautiful, and flattering. My eyes are sensitive, but I have never experienced irritation from my lashes. I also purchased their lash soap, which is gentle, non-irritating, and very affordable. The salon itself is welcoming and relaxing, with beautiful flowers at the entrance and music playing during your appointment. After three years, I can confidently say this is the best lash experience I've ever had. I'm so grateful to have found Fairy Lash Brows!

I have referred quite a few people to her and they have also been very happy! I highly recommend her to everyone interested in these types of Permanent Makeup services!

After digging through reviews, comparing photos, and second-guessing whether the praise was overhyped, I finally booked an appointment with Erica--and I'm genuinely so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that I was in incredible hands. Erica actually pays attention to detail rather than relying on generic shaping. She asked thoughtful questions about my preferences, my routine, and what had gone wrong with past brow experiences. Instead of rushing or defaulting to a trend, she mapped everything with real precision. I was honestly prepared to find at least one flaw afterward, but the shape, symmetry, and overall finish were spot on. The service was clean, professional, relaxing and super comfortable. And the results? My brows look amazing, they look so natural, lift my whole face, and are holding up beautifully after the appointment. Not to mention Erica is truly so welcoming and warm, by the end of the appointment I felt like we've known each other forever! I booked my next appointment before leaving my first one, that's how much I loved it! 10/10 recommend! I've officially found my go-to brow technician.

I studied the available microblading techniques, styles and after care processes. It took many months and YELP searches and finally found this establishment. I knew right away it was the place for me. It was many weeks before I was able to make an appointment as my calendar limited. After booking it online (totally for this process) I received a text asking me preliminary questions as well as requests for screenshots of my brows. Long story short, Denise is a professional. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. When I told her I had my own ideas and wanted to look similar to the way my brows were before the over plucking and over shaving and age, she did not necessarily agree with me. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles. I am completely satisfied and give her my highest ever review. Did I say she is sweet and beautiful inside and out the Vive was very holistic and peaceful. Very much painless
